help me to flash my htc desire 820s

My phone was rooted And it stuck in the bootloop menu. then I went to a shop and flashed my device. after someday an update came for that rom. I updated,and my phone restarted with no command. I downloaded a custom rom. and then I tried to flash my device again. but I failed. I tried sp flash tool but my computer was unable to install that device. so I couldn't flash. there is a option that shows update from sd card. but the rom I downloaded was a. rar file please tell me what to do. I'm helpless.

Drivers issue yet again.
Use the tutorial from this link to install the MTK drivers then try to flash with SP Flash Tool again.

You have to flasg the rom using your pc

Hello.
I need to downgrade to stock rom.
Tried 3 MicroSD cards to crate Goldcard, all went ok, but I can't flash original rom!
I tied to clickimg.zip update.zip cickdiag.zip tried to update in fastmode usb, and WWE exe file from bb, nothing worked.
Any suggestions?

Try with the correct filename; clicimg.zip
I did a unroot and restore to stock rom once and that without a goldcard. I placed CLICIMG.ZIP in root folder on my SD card, rebooted HBoot, waited and the phone was unrooted and restored to stock rom
Maybe you can post correct zip file that you flashed?

It's extracted from RUU WWE 1.67.405.6 (from shipped-roms.com)
I have fixed the problem, the problem was Android SDK's USB ADB Driver he is refusing to flash device via WWE EXE. After deleting it I was able to flash using recovery + WWE Firmware...

guys if im right u are on CWM for u to get the original 1.6
1st go back to Maverik or original recovery for ur to flash 1.6

Hi all, ok sorry if posted on wrong section, but my problem is ive just rooted my samsung galaxy s4 gt-19505 4.3 and everytime i try and go into recovery im not getting the correct menu such as install from sd card etc, have i rooted wrong as my app root verify says i have root access, ive triev also installing clockwork recovery but it says its not ready for my phone yet !!, what im trying to do is install the sg4 sound hack from scratch, but is it also true that the sound hack only works with twrp and cynogen 11 kit kat is that true, sorry to go on but just need step by step help and i have been reading the forum posts on each individual step but am so confused,

Hiya and thankyou for your help, ive just tried downloading the TWRP File but lots of it is missing as all im getting is recovery.img !!! any help please on the correct file download for TWRP Recovery please, and also once ive got this can i then install the sound hack file via recovery ?

Have you unzipped the file? Don't unzip it just flash the .tar file in Odin as @Joku1981 stated
Disable the auto reboot setting in Odin.. Then, once the recovery is flashed and the screen says it completed correctly, pull your battery to turn the phone off, then replace battery, and reboot into recovery. Oh, and make sure you don't unzip the tat archive, just flash it as it comes.......
This was what I had to do when I was installing custom recovery on my s4......i hope it helps

Ok ive managed now to get my gs4 into recovery mode by using SGS4 FLASHER From the market, and i installed the .img file from there and hey presto all done , yippeeeee, now to try and upgrade to 4.4.2 nightlys rom, can i use the SGS4 FLASHER For that aswell ? and do i have to do a fresh wipe/data reset from recovery mode then wipe data/cach ? or can i just wipe data cach when installing nightlys rom ?

After success rooting and success flashing cwm everything was fine. I decided to unroot and flashing stock recovery to update OTA. After flashing recovery (i found a stock recovery from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=5178) i had ''no servise'', non of the sim are working, no mobile networks.
I tried ''hard reset'', ''restore'' but nothing. please any help.

Already faced this problem. You should flash stock rom via flash tool on pc then input imei number for your phone Manually by mtk engineer app . Unfortunately no other way to solve this problem.

I tried to flash stock rom with flash tool but the flash tool never flash the rom. Wich is the write way to do this. I tried with the phone closed or open or in recovery mode or fastboot mode, but nothing.
download sp flash tool and rom for your htc 816g and adb driver package now extract firmware zip file and fine scatterfile into extracted folder using sp flash tool now connected your phone with data cable into fastboot mode if tool detact your phone so click on run

Extract the zip file. Copy system. Zip file and India Ota file into your SD card. Then install through TWRP with usual procedure ie wipe etc

You have to download the Firmware, Lenovo Drivers and the Qualcom Flash Tool. You can download them all from the link below.

Today I wanted to load the stock rom on the s7 edge phone.
First I turned off the phone. I opened the twrp and unfortunately I deleted the whole system with the operating system. Trying to open the phone gives an error saying 'An Error Has Occured While Updating Device'. Unfortunately I can not use the Smart Switch. Then I tried to install a new rom with Odin. img part. I could not load the system.img part in any way. I wish I could help you very much.

Mount system partition in recovery and try to flash a custom rom. I recommend a Helios ROM.

If your aim is to return phone to original format and ROM, download the ROM for one your device from sammobile.com and flash it with Odin by putting phone into download mode.
Make sure you get the right ROM by searching for ROM on sammobile with your device model name
