2. Build with Ubertc 4.9 Toolchain
3. Added lots of build. prop tweaks for audio, video, streaming, performance, battery and so
4. more will come with next builds ...
Notes from the Official Google+ Community:

Installation Instructions
ALWAYS MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
Coming from another rom/clean install:
If coming from MM, you will need 3.2.6 firmware, available here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/development/firmware-updates-oos-3-1-2-3-5-2-t3465312
(If going back to MM, use 3.2.4)
Reboot to recovery, flash required firmware
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip and gapps
Reboot
If you choose to use the Open Beta 9/10 N firmware you'll need a modified TWRP or you'll lose your recovery.
Modified TWRP available here: http://downloadmirror.co/1KuN/twrp-3.0.2-1.28-oneplus3.img
Credits to @eng.stk
Updating from a previous build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use
Reboot
Never dirty flash from one rom to another
If you want root access, SuperSU will need to be flashed, v2.79 works for me. After flashing, your device may boot twice before boot animation, don't worry it'll be fine after that.
Substratum support is there as long as you have root and latest Substratum app. Some themes may have a little catching up to do, have fun testing them!
If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.
Xposed is not supported here, if you want to run it and have issues, try an Xposed thread for support and bug reports here only welcome with a clean install with no Xposed present.
Make sure to state which rom you are running when asking for support

Was going to ask the same. You state modifications and tweaks, but what exactly?

@bay91 & @isoladisegnata
Difference:
Added following Stuff to my (Unofficial) builds:
1. Compiled with LLVM Compiler
2. Build with Ubertc 4.9 Toolchain
3. Added lots of build. prop tweaks for audio, video, streaming, performance, battery and so
4. more will come with next builds ...

Doesn't really say a lot, particularly point 3.
I read the OP, and would not ask if things were clear.

1. LLVM is a C/C++ compiler that is becoming increasingly popular. It enables use of compilers in a broader range of configurations, providing for better performance and power usage – particularly on Snapdragon micro-architectures. ... As a key supporter of LLVM, Qualcomm has been working on optimizing this mobile-friendly compiler for Snapdragon and we are pleased to make it available to you.
2. Custom toolchains can provide an overall better android experience to the end user by increasing speed, buttery smoothness, and even fixing bugs!

About
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Cyanogenmod. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application: http://www.mfunz.com/en/developer-application, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!
Features:
(I will mention only that which does not take into CyanogenMod)
Listview animation
Interpolation anmação listview
Update over the air can download the download website only incremental, it helps lower faster update and upgrade more easily:
Some icons and own layouts
Manager for Google services, so no need to use a large gapps, you can only download necessary at MokeeCenter
Ringtones, Alarms, Notification, UI sounds are all different CyanogenMod, thus bringing a beautiful charm to rom
bootianimation own
information integrated into MokeeCenter
Settings to add speed data network
Settings for navigation bar
Settings for Statusbar
Intelligent control settings to configure the newer apps and others.
What is the difference?
RELEASE: Tested after integrating new features, more stable than NIGHTLY. (Odexed builds)
NIGHTLY: Built daily with newest code and experimental features, might contain undiscovered bugs. (Deodexded builds)
HISTORY: Final odexded builds once a newer Android version is out and being built.
EXPERIMENTAL: Released when a new device is added or when a new feature is added for public beta testing and feedback. (Deodexded builds)
UNOFFICIAL: Maintained separately by individual developers, usually involves modification of shared code which cannot be merged (affects other devices), therefore maintained by the developer himself.
Note: We always test the shared code for bugs, however sometimes we may not be able to detect device specific bugs. If you have such issues, it will be better to report to the device maintainer.

Changelog:
HERE
Installation mode :
To install the clean rom:
Download the rom
enter the recovery
make all wipes (expect internal storage)
choose zip from SD and install
you can use a gapps any of its taste since it is for android 7.0.x
or you can go MokeeCenter after starting rom, there you can download the small gapps integrated into the system and have a lighter and clean rom.
To install upgrade:
Method 1:
just download the complete package via OTA
enter the recovery
only to wipe cache and dalvik (optional, I do not)
install the complete package downloaded via OTA
Method 2:
Download the complete package over the air and go to install update
let install automatically for you
Method 3:
Download only incremental updates
for that you need to donate 30 CNY for the team to release the feature on the device directly
But you can do this update without donation
just go on the site and click below build itself where it is written (upgrade: OTA to MK ...)
there will be the incremental free for you, this will save on your data package or in your spare time.

this is why systemless xposed/root/viper4android/... exists
I installed this ROM using official recovery (a mistake on my part not to read the OP completely). Now I can't boot into recovery.
Please, can someone point me to the correct custom recovery link.
Also do I need to flash 3.5.5 firmware? I am currently on 3.2.7.

Thanks - but ; also my apology - rolled right over the OP : " Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed."
It will depend on my time - if I the time tonight ; will do a clean flash with restore from Titanium ; if not so much - right to it with a dirty flash - I have a current nandroid as of this morning to back out of it if I needed
Looking forward to the continued excellent work
Edit, dirty flashed over 18 Feb unofficial build..No issues noticed
thank you!!! just a question. does this rom have kcal support?

Yes, it does.
choices
Might need to try Tipsy soon - with it being based on Slim ; never had choices before and .. have to admit... as an electrical engineer, really think the boot logo on Tesla is awesome Boot logos don't make the rom - but a solid rom with a good boot logo is like having a great glass of wine with a good meal
Is there somewhere where we can compare the differences in detail?
Currently using Tesla and enjoying all the built-in stuff, including AdAway. Would I enjoy Validus?
Having used all 3 Roms on other units over the years, thank you.
All builds have very low sound output (same as all nougat roms of mxpe/mxs)
Ain't their any fix for this issue?
Btw its great and having nice features and stable but only sound is the main problem till now which i have faced..

You need a root compatable file Explorer. When you need to change any file permissions long press on the app click the 3 dots on lower right and you should get a window with properties as one of the options that'll give you the option to change the permissions. You'll have to experiment to get them exactly right but that's really all there is to it

Installation Instructions
ALWAYS MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
Reboot to recovery
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip and gapps
Don't flash SuperSU. Magisk is preinstalled for root
Reboot
Updating from a previous build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use
Reboot
Never dirty flash from one rom to another
Substratum support is there as long as you have root and latest Substratum app.
Make sure to state which rom you are running when asking for support

i just tried it and i am having a lot of crashes, when i open snapchat it just closes after a few seconds and cant even make to the login page. and in kernel auditor settings the low memory killer settings dont allow me to tune them up like other roms let me like aicp. the max i can tune them up is 512mb while on other roms it let me tune way more, and also my misc settings was crashing too on the kernel auditor app but after a reboot that was solved, and i cannot find the setting to turn the button backlight off.

is wifi calling supported for t-mobile?
I apologize if this is already answered or obvious however I haven't been able to find much hence i am asking
So far the battery life is looking quite good among the 7 ROMs. Right about 4 hrs SOT, lots of navigation use working a few hours of delivery with some Netflix mixed in while waiting for deliveries. Still at 60%! Standby looks pretty nice and flat too.
Forgot the SOT. It's metering SOT a little weird though, only 1% with 4 hrs. Seems a little odd.

AICPAndroid Ice Cold ProjectAICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
With the rebrand of CM to LineageOS (LOS) we are now actually LOS based.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or LOS team, if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't LOS supported, so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

Don't disable Heads-Up. You might not be able to answer phone calls otherwise.
You tell...
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Nougat. You don't need to install any Add-Ons, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it, and go!
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Again: Don't do it if you don't know it!
TWRP is the recommended custom recovery (and needed for OTA Updates)
1. full wipe
2. flash ROM
3. flash GApps
(The ROM has GApps persistance in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
.
KERNEL:
Kernel in this ROM follows LOS source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM/LOS recovery and OTA app, but you will need to download the zip file and flash it manually from within your recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.
Please be sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery.

Hey Vache, great ROM, thanks for your efforts, I was using RR since your first releases and really appreciate your work.
I want to contribute with some of my time, there's a board about what we still need to port or improve? I get a bit annoyed about the lack of efficiency mode while using the battery mode, what we need to enable it? What kind of logs and classes we need. I don't have a stock image to flash and compare the logs =/
Amazing, thanks a lot.
Does Moto mods work?
Quick (Bug)report: cant disable the charging led, settings app fc
Thanks God!!!
Nice to see this ROM here.
Thank you so much.

In my app I'm using kernel driver greybus informations (not Motorola mods api)
Theres No options in kernel to set efficiency mode
I don't know we can use Motorola mods api to set it
Because Motorola mod manager app is using moto api to set efficiency
And it's not working!

Just figured it out. We could use the Motorola libs, but we don't have Incipio's mod id so we can't identify it. Unless we can hack it or extract the id from somewhere else.

Battery idling nicely. Stable so far. Selinux is permissive. DT2W can't be disabled. No lags. Pie gestures not working or maybe it's oneplus gestures which i don't know how to use? No camera app present but gcam working. Security patch is jan 5.

Gestures are under Owlsnest > Gestures, which have all available gestures.
Quickswitch may not work due to a switch in Owlsnest > Recents, which uninstalls it for a clear all button in Oreo recents, so you may have to reinstall Quickstep, fortunately, it's available as a Magisk module under the name of "Quickswitch".

Perhaps it would be useful to move this thread to the development section? If people search a rom to flash they search over there ...
