Can anyone help me which services should I check or start ?

when i click on update on OTA, it says this : "Last verification : 1/1/1970 " !!!

Hello Guys ,,
i just having 3 little problem in my connection and automatic software update
when i downloading any thing from Web browser and my Network change from 3g , 4g or 2g ,, the download stopped ! so i should to make it WCDMA Only !
The Secound Problem ,, when i want to updates all my apps by Click in Updates all in Google Play ,, and the screen turned off ,, the upate stopped too !
The Third is ,, i click in automatic download software update when connected wifi ,, but that's not working ! i should download it manually by mobile data or Wifi !

Sclod sync not working. When vn-rom v14.1 flashed to sm900 note3 scloud sync and restore donot work. Google account login problem. Need solution.... thankz in advance
