Install Android 6 on an unlocked P8 (bootloop)

Hola everybody.
I have a Huawai P8 (EU) with 5.0.1 Lollipop stock firmware (B200). I've installed it with fastboot (flash recovery, boot, system and cust) and it works (my recovery is TWRP). Now I want to do the same but with Android 6 (B321). I've tried to install with fastboot but i'm stuck in bootloop. I've also tried to put the UPDATE.app it the dload/ folder but i'm stuck at 90% of the installation (with the huawai recovery).
Anyone can help me ?
Thanks !
PS : All firmware are from hxxp://huaweifirmware.com/huawei-p8
Hi brother,I got the almost the same problem with you. I just know that,Android 6 and Android 5 are very different .If you have updated to 6, go back is very difficult, and also use three buttons to flash can't be work. I'm in trouble too and good luck !

Huawei P9 lte VNS-L21 is not starting. No Os. No recovery

Hi,
Previously, I unlocked bootloader and rooted my p9 lite. 2 days ago there is was some problems in the device so I thought I can fix it from the TWRP. I ended up by removing everything in the device. No operating system and no recovery. I tried to fix it by creating the dload folder and installing the update.app. But I couldn't get it to the firmware installation mode (Volume+&- and power). Now the device is stuck on boot. I can only get to the fastboot mode when I connect it to PC. I also tried to recover it using the HiSuite but it says the device is not supported.
What else can I do?

I have same situation, Huawei service give me a new phone
HI Guys
I have a P9 lite L22C185B140. That was the original firmware on the phone. I made a stupid mistake and wipe the entire phone clean., so as a result, theres no OS on it and the bootloader is locked. Firstly, I need help in getting the bootloader unlocked (Details below) and secondly everytime (when the bootloader was unlocked) when i entered recovery (revolution) it never flashed the firmware. It gave a mounting error. Also i couldnt flash any other custom recovery on the phone and to make matters worse, the dload route never worked either.
IMEI: 869397021227301

Im like a man stuck in quick sand here. Im sinking fast cz this is becoming irritating lol.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

huawei P8 ALE_L04 bricked

good day,
im new here so excuse me if i do anything inappropriate.
so i tried to root a P8 ALE_L04 EMUI 3.1 with android 5.1
and i think i bricked it. the phone is stuck on the FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE screen and when i reboot or press the volume + power keys it goes directly to this same screen again after the huawei logo screen.
when i run the fastboot devices command on my pc i get the following: 2d7c2ea fastboot.
SO i unlocked the bootloader and tried this method to root : youtube - How to Root the Huawei P8 Lite Android phone
i got it running and the rootchecker gave a positive but the super su binary needed to install or update, so i tried to update it and thats when my device got stuck on the fastboot&rescue screen bootloop.
is this fixable? i already have the stock kernel in the sd card:
Open source code
Version: ALE_kernel_[Android 5.1 EMUI3.1]
MD5: 7FE7EEBF48D0A475E3DB70DA44840F2A
thanks for help
UPDATE:
im downloading Huawei P8 Lite Firmware ALE-L04C567B3 to apply UPDATE.APP using adb fastboot. id still appreciate any help

(HELP) I soft/hard bricked my Axon 7 (A2017G), need help!

I was running android 7.0 on the A2017G version and was able to install and open TWRP, but I cannot boot and im stuck at the ZTE screen.
I am only able to boot into TWRP again and my bootloader is still locked since I dont know how to do it and I just want my phone working again, can somebody help me please??
I did this with this tutorial : http://www.droidphoria.com/2017/03/ZTE-Axon-7-Unlock-Bootloader-TWRP-Root.html
and this one : https://forum.xda-developers.com/ax...-unlock-bl-flash-t3517379/page42#post71883402
It's not a hardbrick, don't worry. The second tutorial is the best. Just follow it again (only the part of unlocking your bootloader of course because you already have recovery), and quote me when you have a problem
