Short instructions:
- download Galaxy Toolbox from Google Play Store
- do backup with Galaxy Toolbox
- look for /sdcard/SGYunlock/bml15.img.SAVE file
- transfer the file to PC (and make an additional backup of it)
- open the file in a HEX editor (Google for it)
- look for address 0x80000
- enter your IMEI here as ASCII - 15 digits (I suppose, you know your IMEI - it's in the device's back, behind the battery)
- save, and transfer the file back to the SDCARD
- do a Restore with Galaxy Toolbox
- reboot and enjoy!
And please consider, changing IMEI might be an illegal action!

If you want to be safe, do a bml15 backup with Galaxy Toolbox, before you do any risky action!
It's free, and won't hurt
bml15 partition contains the EFS data in our Y, so it's good advice to have backup
I suppose, karthikeyanmech09 accidentally clicked the "Clear EFS" in Odin, which was a serious mistake...

A few things you can do
1- toolbox doesn't work on cm7 (build prop different) so use stock based if on cm7
2- change kernels
3- if on Hyperion flash ril fix from op
4- try ril fix anyway on any rom
5- flash stock rom via odin
6- change baseband (flash a different stock rom to what it is currently)

If you root your phone, you obviously cannot update via kies, as you will lose root.
Try unrooting your phone using this:
Then try updating it via Kies.

Hi ,
How to make a PIT look http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56571584&postcount=1 .
I think that my pit for SM-T530 can approach, and if not will approach, then everything will remain as before.
hi,
okay, i recommend following @repey6 's suggestion
and then comparing the pit file you generate/extract
with the one i extracted with the following command.
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/out.pit bs=8 count=481 skip=2176
link- edit -fails
to curb the noob menace, extract the file first. :cyclops:
looking at the file i believe the name of the pit file should be PITMSM8x26.pitH
if incorrect remove the H
i have attached the file for comparison. Execute the same above command in your device's own terminal [any interested user]
to generate your own out.pit for comparison with the output from repey6 's suggestion.

Your pit file looks similar to mine so i think the command does work like on other samsung devices.

Before we found efs pro, we've done a lot of attempts to create a pit terminal. All failed. With efs pro obtained 100% results.

with mtk resource editor there is no chance to change watchface of MT6261/MT6260 SmartWatch Firmware. Thes Firmwares use compressed resources. So you have to unpack the compressed parts and repack them. Not easy but possible
