Is there a way to move Apps to SD card?

I had a 32GB card on my galaxy s5 and I move some apps to sdcard. I decided to change for a 64GB card.. So I copied everything that was on my 32GB card and recopied them to the 64GB card... but when i put the 64GB card on my phone, all apps that were moved on sdcard are nomore detected... they have blank/"ghosted" icons... any idea what's wrong?

I'm running about of storage memory and im thinking to buy a sd card
my question is can i move all my stuff to the sdcard and the phone will read from it or can i move to it only apps that allowed to move to sd card?

My wife's phone is out of space for apps and I want to know if there is a way to have it use the SD card to install apps? I know on my Moto E 2015 with Cyanogenmod the SD card can be used as internal memory for app storage. Can the same be done to this phone?

It isn't possible, but you can root your device, create ext partition on SD card and move almost full applications to SD with Link2SD Plus
Hi my p9 lite is rooted and i want to move my apps to my sd card. link2sd doesnt seem to be working as it comes up with an error. is there an alternative? and are there any apps which i should not move to the sd card?
