Hello everyone,
I'm an happy howner of an X compact, but the only problem I found so far in this phone is that during videochat in applications like Google Duo or with new Whatsapp videocalls the audio is really low and I can't almost ear anything. Of course while listening to music the audio quality is good, so it's not a speaker problem.... Has anyone the same problem and/or knows how to fix it?

Hello i just discovered a problem whit SE MH610 that came whit Xperia Play, when i connect to my MacBook or iPhone i'm getting really bad sound quality and i'm saying really bad, it like listening 24bit low quality music or less much less, but when i pressing the button on the earpiece where is microphone the quality comes back to normal. On xperia play there is no problems, just when connecting some where els.
Does any one else experience this problem?
So no one can test bundled xperia earpiece?
The location of the pins on the earpiece are different than the macbook. i had a similar problem with the earphones bundled with my X10, haven't tried out the ones from the play bundle yet but i assume they are the same
OK just tested on Samsung notebook works fine... good think on my mac i have my trusty Denon earpieces

I just switched to WP7 from ICS and noticed major issue (for me at least). My Bluetooth headphones had awesome sound quality on Android and now It really sucks. How can I fix that? Used search function but didn't found anything useful about this issue.

I have noticed that when playing audio/ music via Bluetooth to external speakers the sound output is extremely distorted & too "bassed". No issues with connection just bad sounding music.
Am rooted on marshmallow, unlocked bootloader. Anybody know how to fix the Bluetooth audio quality? Shame. This phone has a nice set of inbuilt speakers.

Hey guys I bought my phone 2 days ago, and its a great phone for the price.
So.. I'm having a problem on bluetooth calls, the volume is to low and the sound quality is not the best, but when I play music trough bluetooth it works great, I'm running Android 8.0 Oreo, does anyone know any fix for that?

Since I've my Nokia 5, I have problems with the Bluetooth when I hear music over ny BT-Headset (Anker SoundBuds Sport IE20) or in the car.
Sometimes the music is stuttering, which sucks.
After a few weeks, I've noticed that I have this problem only when my phone signal is bad. If the signal gets better the problem is gone.
So I don't know why I have this problem, but with my old Galaxy S5 there wasn't a problem like this. Also I hear music offline (no Spotify etc) and the problem only shows up with Bluetooth.
I hope someone can help me
