Hi all,
The title says it all.
Whenever I try to enable a vpn based application I get an error. I've read somewhere that there's an app VpnDialogs.apk to enable it so I tried following the installation guide for an old version, but it wasn't meant to be for the S5 nor Marshmallow.
The error message in the attached pic.
Does someone know a fix for that?

I''m facing a problem with my app. I alwys tested it with Android 4.1.2 on my galaxy note and it work perfectly, but since some days I updated my phone to android 4.3 and the application stopped to work: it works but it seems there is a problem with database. the view is blank and it seems that the db is empty.
I think theo problem is due to path and multi-users (available since Android 4.2, doesn't work also on Galaxy S4 of my friend with 4.2.2).
I tried to find a solution but doesn't found anything.
Even on the debug I haven't useful log. the only error I receive is the following:
API call with unopened database connection pointer
I think is due to a permission of the access the the right path, but it's very strange.
My phone is not rooted.

Hello guys, I have a Galaxy Y Duos Pocket Neo model GT-s5302b.* It features the following defect: when I try to connect to Wi-Fi the icon lights up but it is just a moment and automatically turns off.* The device does not find any network. I thought it was a defect in the hardware, however it was not. Now I believe it is the ROM update that caused this defect.* Someone could give me a technical solution for this.

hello i have upgraded s health and s finder. s health is working with build prop modified..but s finder doesnt work..it has stopped.. there is a line to modify?
Try clearing the system cache from recovery mode and the app's cache and data from the application manager in the settings menu. There are dozens and dozens of threads about this if you need any elaboration.
Failing that, you need to provide a lot more information if you want good answers. At a minimum tell us exactly what changes you made to build.prop, what S5 model you have and what your firmware version you are using. And anything else that is even remotely pertinent e.g. verbatim error messages. It would also be in your best interests to do a search to take advantage of the wealth of information in existing threads and enable you to pose more informed questions.

Ok thanks. The wipes failed..I have followed this type: ro.securestorage.support=true” line.
Now change the line to “ro.securestorage.support=false . I have s5 gm900f and the firmware is ane2. The errore message is s finder unfortunately has stopped. I hope i have been Clear!

Hi after some playing around I got android auto working on my head unit with my samsung S8. I saw there was an update to the firmware and downloaded it but for the life of me i can't get it to install. I extracted all the files to the root of a USB stick and the update would start. As soon as the little android guy pops up it says error. After further investigating I found a file inside the other extracted files which was 6315_1.zip and extracted those to the root of my USB stick as well. Now when the android guy pops up the message is No command and the update stalls. Any help would be awesome. I tried searching but haven't found anything yet
Hi, hopefully you have solved this by now but just in case and to help others I had a similar issue.
Tl;dr you need to get into developer options and activate "Allow updates on startup" Car Launcher Pro allows this, maybe others do too.

Support couldn't help me but I accidentally stumbled on a solution myself. The below is a copy and paste reply to atoto support (it's disappointing they have not passed it on to you - assuming you asked them of course)

I have resolved my problem.
I installed Car Launcher Pro to look at the skin/theme options and needed to go back into system settings to change something.
However, when launching system settings from CLP it bypasses the stock ATOTO settings and displays full android settings. I was then able to see Developer Options and noticed one of the options was something like "Allow updates on start up"
I activated this option and I was able to update to the latest version successfully.

Note I can't remember if developer options itself was already activated or whether I had to tap the build version button in the usual way. Good luck
