I also captured the OTA from the /sdcard, which I'm currently uploading and will share.

Here is the OTA if anyone's interested: update.zip.

preloader
Has anyone tried accepting the update yet? Can you confirm if it locks the preloader like the v6.6 prime update?

Yes it does

Stuck in logo boot loop on my non-prime phone... I had even made a ROM_FULL SPFT backup but it appears the OTA disabled the ability to use SPFT. I get an error S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL. Did full wipe, nothing works.

Relock the bootloader.

lock failed - Err:0xffffffff

However running unlock again succeeded and I could flash boot.img. Now installation of magisk and phh superuser under twrp appears to work but the device is not rooted. Not sure if something changed or broke root.

relocking bootloader

Tried ome relock code does not work. Anyone got a fix for this on how to lock boot loader back up. Also can this be remain unlocked and rooted and still get android 6 and marshmallow on it or needs to be locked back up as stock has come out final firmware?
no chance brother . only what can do,flash a stockrom over fastboot.
So installing stock Rom should relock boot up? Is boot and root needed with the ofical update and including to use dual sim option ?

flashing process was successful, however, security update (via OTA - 58.3MB) is not working due to installation problem.
Is there anybody who fixed this issue?
Thanks.

BS. OTA can be installed with unlocked bootloader perfectly fine. Also keep in mind that after May update, bootloader unlocking will erase all your data.
Thanks.

yes, you can, but I did exactly the opposite and upgraded to the latest oreo beta after extracting the images with payload_dumper.py but system.img can't be flashed due to a "sparse image magic error" (sparsecrclist.txt missing?).
however now the battery life is amazing and the device runs pretty smooth though I'm still on oreo 8.0.
therefor I edited the flash_all.bat script from tissot_images_V9.5.11.0.ODHMIFA_8.0.
edit: prepared a download for lazy people which includes even a (magisk) patched_boot.img (I suggest to use fastboot boot patched_boot.img):

Question Slot A unbootable

Hi all, I am trying to get my Nothing update to 1.1.3, I did restore image in magisk -->(didn't press reboot), then download the OTA update --> (didn't press reboot as well), lastly I used the install to inactive slot(After OTA) --> (pressed reboot), so according to what I know my phone should now boot into partition A since I am currently in partition B. After reboot, I found my device is still in 1.1.2, my partition A is become unbootable. Anyone got an idea any approach I can do? Thankyou.

while in theory, yes, I would restore stock boot.img and do it then

[SM-N9005] No commands, Goes back to stock recovery instead. After installing TWRP.

Tried to flash TWRP in SM-N9005, But odin says PASS.

Tried go to the recovery to see results, Goes back to the stock recovery.
Device is android 5.0 (Lolipop). Any help appreciated!!
Most likely your bootloader isn't unlocked. Try unlocking it again.
This only happens when ODIN tries to copy the image to the selected sector but the device is locked to use a certain image only in that mentioned sector.
