Allthough, when I try to do a dump, the program gets stuck like in the picture I attached to this thread. Can someone please help me out?

Make sure you are using the correct port number (and you are using CMD in the right folder), of course drivers etc too; ended up being the wrong port number I kept putting in for me and took 2x for it to finally work (froze first time).
I did have the same problem, try writing -p COM3 instead of -p 3.
Make sure the phone is visible from adb in Windows and type: adb reboot edl, then use the dump tool.

I am trying to recover an LG G2 for a client. It is virus infected and the client complaints Google AppStore and Settings not working.
The client likely tried to recover his phone from the viruses but did more harm than good.
I'm having some trouble because:
Download mode does not work
Recovery doesn't work too, the phone shuts down
It ain't bricked
Settings app crashes as soon as I select something from its menu
I can't enable usb debug and dev mode. Without this i can't use adb or fastboot.
Anyone knows anything that may help me?

would skrtools helps here.? search for it here in he g2...
or going back to stock but you say it doesnt go into download mode.. i heard you have to shortend the motherboard. but look at skr tools maybe theres something it can do to help..

if skr tools didnt work then the last thing you could do . to get download mode is to short cicuit the motherboard, but ill wait for some elses opinion.. you can click my signature where it says HERE and theres alof of info int there.. check it out.

What error do you get? I've returned to stock many times on Mac and pc. Flash all from the stock software files should do everything that needs to be done. I always fastball -w before and after return to stock as well.

when im in bootloader and enter fastboot devaces it dont recognizes and when i enter wastboot -w it have no react.
I know this may seem like a obvious thing, but do you have developer mode active on the phone and USB debugging switched on?

yes debugging mode is active. but when phone goes to bootloader usb unplug sound hears from computer.

A mother's friend died recently and we try to get access to her phone to find any clues. The problem is we can't access the phone. I was thinking about installing TWRP to get access to her phone files but that is just half the solution. Any ideas to get full access to the phone ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Well c**p! If You have TWRP installed You can copy all data from internal to external! After that you will see all from your phone! Or Just go to data/system locksetting.db delete it and reboot! If it doesn't work, just tell me!

You can enter *#9959# on the dial pad to enter fingerprint calibration mode, and then calibrate the fingerprint, it will return to normal

Yes, I did that many times by holding down power+volume down+volume up together till it redetects in device manager. Same issue, any other ideas please....

Same issue with ACK count don't match. I tried with MiFlash Beta Tool but the application is stuck with flashing super.img
Can anyone help me with this?
My phone was completely dead even its not recognized by my computer in usb port can you tell me if this tool is helpful.

Useful, I have tested it. You can repair your phone by entering edl mode.
