[Stock Rom] with no "crap"

Where can I find a stock rom with portuguese language with no "crap apps" from the phone provider?

Working fine for me
If you are currently using a Stock ROM and have a Synaptics screen you should be fine.
To check what screen you have do the following:
- Dial *#*#2846579#*#*
- Go to projectmenu > veneer information query > apparatus type query
- Check screen type.

Mine is unlocked so that will not be a problem

Already ahve recovery installed!

No need to backup in ClockworkMod as it will not restore correctly any once you upgrade to 2.3.
- Download 2.3.5 from Here: DOWNLOAD
- Copy the dload folder to the [ROOT] of your SD Card.
- Power on the phone while holding [VOL-] and [VOL+] and [POWER].
- Let it do its thing, and you should then be on 2.3.5
- Follow THIS GUIDE to remove all the bundled apps.

Just re-install the Apps after you have updated.
Contacts will auto sync back to your phone if you have them linked to your Google Account.

No just re-install apps after update and if your contacts are linked to your Google Account they will auto restore when you re-add your Google Account.
This is an Official Firmware Update so your warranty should not be affected

I see lots of people complaining about wifi problems, some of them dont even recieve calls, long sms arrive time!
IDK, a little affraid of the update here!

It is final version and working fine for me
At the end of the day its up to you if you want to try or not, you can always downgrade.

You have to press the right hand button at the bottom and drag around yourself.

Did you get it downloaded properly?

I am having an issue with my stock clock app. It goes black when I open the app. If I clear cache and data I can open the app and set an alarm, which works. Unfortunately, subsequent attempts to open the app cause the clock to stop working and I get a black screen. During the black screen, I see the status bar, but nothing responds to my inputs.
I am hoping your linky is the fix. Is it to be flashed in recovery or unzip the file and install the apk?

(Request) Kitkat Phone Icon

Can anyone please help me find a suitable image change the stock launcher phone icon to a KitKat image? Been trying for hours to resize images but the phone is always to big. I have been long pressing on the phone icon and selecting photo icon. TIA for any help.

U need to flash a custom ROM for that .

Has anyone with the tmobile mclaren successfully flashed the magisk font changer? The one with over 200 fonts? Just want to know if it's safe so I don't end up in a boot loop.

I believe there is a Gboard module with a bunch of different keyboards. Just search Gboard under the magisk download section. I haven't flashed it on this devive though so flash at your own risk. Let us know if it works for you.

I tried on US Tmo 5G , but the install failed. Didn't cause any issue on reboot.
It said failed, but it shows it as an installed mod ? Now - how does it work - can't find anything? Tried looking for Magisk MidnightCore module.

Go into theme section under Gboard settings where all the keyboards are and there should be a whole bunch.

Do you not see more keyboards under Gboard themes? If not maybe it just doesn't work for our device. Like I said I haven't tried it on the mclaren.

Open Gboard as if you are typing a message, long click the coma button and you'll see a settings icon pop up, click that and you'll see themes....you're welcome.
