Since the LeEco Pro 3 and S3 are out now, can we get dedicated forums for both? - LeEco Le Pro3 Questions & Answers

I was going to go for the Le Pro 3 but ended up with the Le S3 instead. I'm not sure where else to post this but since the devices are so similar (different SOC and memory is about it from what I can tell) I thought I'd ask here.
How do we get a dedicated Le S3 forum?

This is a LePro3 dedicated forum. Do you mean you want one dedicated to the S3? You should post in the new devices forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1660354

Specialized active forum for Samsung Galaxy Tab?

Hi there,
Just would like to check with you all out there if you know of any specialized active forum for Samsung Galaxy Tab by users/enthusiasts?
For example, the Motorola Xoom has a thriving forum Xoom Forums(http://www.xoomforums.com) by users/enthusiasts.
Came across the The Galaxy Tab Forum (http://www.thegalaxytabforum.com) but there is even less activity there than in this forum.
Anyone?
Just wait until its released or at least people have it in hand. No nda etc.
Sent from my Nexus One using XDA App
That galaxy forum may be geared towards the 7". Would be nice to see a 10" forum site, like www.galaxy10forums.com or something

Have never seen so many closed threads in 12 yrs on XDA

Was a goood discussion on screen characteristics of the SN2 that I wanted to get back to. Got back and...'closed thread'....there'd been no flame wars, no contentiousness. I've seen a good amount of these here.
Wtf moderaters/gestapo, we're adults here....would you please allow discussion to play out?
Well, because of this?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1860893
Let me tell you what I have seen today, when I opened XDA.
Threads like:
Galaxy Note 2 Specs
Galaxy Note 2 files (wallpapers etc)
Samsung I hate you
Galaxy Note 2 screen....disappointment
Kudos to Samsung for Note 2
galaxy Note 2 vs Note 1 ( i think I've seen more than 2 threads)
UNPACKED IFA....
List can go on foreva..
If I was a moderator, I would close General Forum Tab for about 2 days until people control their emotions and stop opening unnecessary threads. We have plenty of existing threads where we can express our opinions and criticism.
Now can someone close this thread please?
From the Moderator
Yes, so many closed threads ALMOST all of them are on the same subject with the same hearsay..........
New Sticky open for all to post in.......... now the Note 2 specs have been released.......
To keep consistent........... this thread is no longer useful..So
..........Thread Closed.........

Note 4 Pictures Leaked, will you get it?

http://atherakber.us/detailed-images-samsung-galaxy-note-4-leak/
honestly, it looks crap, glad i got the m8, but what do you guys think?
Thread closed as this thread is a non m8 related thread and considered OT. Best thing to do is to use the Off-Topic forum until a device specific forum is created
Many thanks,
Ghost

A question from the users - moderators please read

As far as development goes (which is the core of xda) , the droid turbo and moto maxx are going in completely different directions. Can you please justify keeping them in the same thread? This has been asked several dozen times and I have yet to see a response, personally, from any moderator.
Please for the love of god separate the droids.
I third that.
The turbo desperately needs its own forum.
After so much requests, nothing done, so. I believe will stand this way, because both are quark devices. Have 4 variants

Galaxy phones have different forums based on their variants... Not that the DT is as popular as the Galaxy S series but still, in terms of android development there's very little, if anything, in common between the DT and the Maxx. Keeping both in the same forum creates confusion and doesn't help anyone. Hopefully the mods will not ignore this request again.

Go off-topic with this thread and the moderators will start swarming
Maybe then they'll notice this very common request.

I'm thinking about upgrading to an iPhone 6 or a Lumia 540, which one is better?
Edit: all joking aside, I reported this thread to the mods, explaining briefly what we're trying to achieve. Hopefully they'll step in and create a new forum for the Maxx.
It would just be better for everyone to seperate droid turbo and moto maxx / moto turbo sections.
Yes it would be better if they were not combined! I post in this section about a phone that cannot be used on Verizon no matter what yet the name "Verizon" is in the subject.
As you have said, this has been discussed before, so Thread closed as per rule 5
Furthermore, the correct way to request a new device forum is via the
*** New Device Forum Requests ***
Please use that.
Greg
EDIT
Furthermore, it is not the moderators who decide on such matters, it is the site admins.
EDIT 2
After reading through this thread I do not see the need for any MOD bashing. I certainly do not owe anyone anything. I am giving back to this community by giving up my free time. Also, you cannot blame the MODS/Admins for not answering you lot if all you do is post requests in this forum in stead of the correct one l linked above (Which can be found with a very simple google search http://bit.ly/1yiXslb )
So on that note, thread cleaned as well

Tablet

I know its not the 6t, but what's the best tablet with root support and good ROM development. It does NOT have to have T-Mobile capability but would like TMobile sim support. I have issues with someone emulators on my 6t so looking to play in tablets
When I went to upgrade from my Nexus 7 tablets a while back the only acceptable replacement I could find was the Samsung Tab S2 (T813 or T713 different screen sizes). Both are unlockable and have good custom ROM support and have official LOS16 support. No SIM card though, just WIFI only. I was able to easily find 4 new ones a couple years ago. Not sure what you'll find now. I looked recently and didn't see support for any newer tablets.

Found this post in the T813 LOS thread. Looks like you might keep an eye on the Tab S5 section. I maybe upgrading my tablets soon as well.
