Setting a Data Limit on Personal WiFi Hotspot - Honor 8 Guides, News, & Discussion

Setting a Data Limit on Personal WiFi Hotspot
The Honor 8 has a really great feature for the personal hotspot. You can set a certain amount of data to be used for the tethered devices. Here in the screenshots you'll see that you can set one of the available amounts, or create a custom limit. Once the hotspot reaches the limit, it will shut off.

Unknown application making huge background data transfer

Hi guys,
Yesterday I got a message from my carrier that I exceeded my mobile data plan.
When I checked out i found that application "10175" transferred 3.75gb on Wi-Fi and also a lot on mobile.
This was done in one day.
I don't have this application installed and I didn't find any info about it.
Do you have any idea on this?

Wifi display/audio stream, and browsing

Has anybody tried the wifi display capabilities of 4.2 and up, if you can still go in the internet on your home wifi while doing it? Not miracast or any of that, but the standard vanilla android one.
I'm guessing whatever the answer is, the same goes for the wifi audio stream function, too.
3rd and 4th of my options are the ones I mean.

Galaxy Gift App Transmitting Large Ammount of Data

Does anyone know what data is it uploading?
Mine is uploading large amount of data, more than 200 MB. Seems too large for a basic personnal info, and way bigger than its own data
