This Rom is just about perfect. It's just Villain 5. 2 cdma port without HTC stuff, it is really fast and launcher2 is the least buggy one I have ever used. I highly recommend this ROM

I don't think so, there is a problem with the VillainROM 5 series, that makes MoreLocale 2 unable to translate all of the system

Hi community, I have been here on xda for a while, but just reasently got my self the HTC Inspire 4G.
What this is all about though that I will start to build or at least attempt to build the 4.0 Sense ROM for the Inspire and the Desire HD.
Help is always accepted just pm I will try to respond as soon as possible.

That wifi fix was referring to the one he posted for Sense 3.6 ICS. Not this one.

A different sense version wont make it any easier to fix wifi, its still ICS

First of it has a install problem for some reason so I have been using it in Bootmanager. So defenaty need to look in to it.

Just finishing up getting it past boot, so that anyone willing cam give me a logcat to help. Very close actually.
OK so I just spoke to Rabim, and no, he doesn't have the ROM ready. It wouldn't boot because he's using the wrong kernel, and since there is no kernel for Sense 4, he used the one for AOSP which caused a lot of different issues.
HOWEVER, the guy is new to this, and he just wants to learn as much as he can, so if you're going to flame and write retarded comments about this, please hit yourself in the head with a sharp object first. If you guys have ideas and want to support him, I've messaged andy to move this thread to general section, and there you can share your ideas with Rabim and help him develop the ROM. He's using the recent nexus port of Endeavor.
EDIT: I would offer my help, but I have no time at all atm.
Ok, here we have the OP, who want's to learn & give something to the Desire HD community.
What happens next....
1. The whole community gets behind him/her and provides necessary guidance & advice to achieve the overall goal?

I kinda've deleted my launcher. Do any of you still have 4.2.2 and be kind enough to share a working version of Home Launcher app. I know I'm reaching here but a newer version from 4.4.2 would be great. THX !

You need the framework also etc. Check the Apps section if you can install the one ported for AOSP.

4th post would be really useful but the thing is it doesn't work. I've got 10e installed. If you could tell me how to open/browse system.bin files extracted from a .kdz image it would be even nicer !
Doesn't work like that..
Knock on would be a part of the kernel, or rom not the launcher. Having the G2 launcher wouldn't give you Knock on.

Does anyone if anyone is currently working on bringing Paranoid android to the G2?
Its by far my favourite rom and I'd like to try my hand at porting it but don't want to duplicate work anyone else is doing.
Not mention I'm traveling in Australia and my only internet is tethering my phone so I would expect my progress to be slow.

Hey guys i and to share with you the impressive battery life I'm getting with my phone, no charges in between . This is a combination of 2 rom components tho. It'll work on all models except sprint.
THINGS YOU NEED.
1. Khongloi Rom, from tmobile section.
2. Infinity p9 rom. Google it, you should find it in the Samsung viet site.
Somehow these roms don't work well with their kernels for me. So, FLASH INFINITY FIRST, THEN BACK UP THE KERNEL, WIPE COMPLETELY, THEN FLASH KHONGLOI ROM, THEN RESTORE INFINITY P9 KERNEL. THAT'S IT.
CREDITS TO BOTH OF THEM FOR THEIR AMAZING WORK
Just an heads up. This 5 hours sot doesnt work for everyone since everybody use their phone differently.

yes bro. I have installed it and till now have not found any issue on my N920I. AOD is Lso working good.

The original rom is for the 920T since it's in the tmob section. Rom should work fine, check the kernel.

12.1 ver of Khongloi is the worst port ever, very laggy and the games goes to hell with lag and force closes, better try Khongloi UX V2 with Infinity Kernel V1 for AOD support, you will get random reboots passing 2 days, now I'm on it and it's perfect in terms of smoothness and battery life, I got yesterday 4 hours of sot with 18 hours of use, all the day with LTE data and AOD on
