when i'm trying to boot to recovery using power+volume up key..... my device just stops/hangs on that lenovo logo...
(this happened after i flashed a custom rom like unofficial cyanogenmod...)
if i tried to go back to the stock rom, the problem is fixed..... but after flashing a custom rom i can't go to the options like booting to recovery, fastboot/bootloader and test blablabla...
for now i can only boot to recovery by enabling "Advance Reboot Options" on the developer options
i need a fix for this, just in case that i can't boot to the system
(can someone understand, i'm bad at writing english... sorry for that)

I successfully Flashed Recovery using FastBoot but whenever I am going into recovery mode by pressing VOL DOWN+POWER it just shows OnePlus LOGO and nothing happens after it.
What should I do ?
I was using CW 13 with TWRP but then I FLASHED OXYGEN OS 3.0 and cleared the cache. After that, It is loading into OXYGEN but there is no developer options over there and it is not even going in recovery mode now.

try this method. I tried and solved the problem.
Boot your phone into fastboot and on your pc, try 'fatboot oem device-info'
If it's locked, you're as ****ed as I was, my thread here.

If your bootloader is unlocked, try flashing this recovery (modified TWRP).
If it doesn't work - unbrick guide.
Afterwards, use the OOS 3.0 installation guide from Bhalla

I installed custom recovery "TWRP_3.0.2-2_K920.img (2016/11/26)" to my mobile lenovo vibe Z2 pro/K920 after the installation its not booting up only the logo "Lenovo powered by android" appears and goes but doesnt start up, i tried to all the options from Lenovo recovery mode but it did not help.
I installed custom recovery through a app called "flashify"
Downloaded the custom recovery from "https://forum.xda-developers.com/k920/development/recovery-team-win-recovery-project-3-0-t3454739"
Kindly help on this.
you must unlock the bootloader first
i installed cyanogenmod 13 (this) 9 days ago in my lenovo a6000 , it installed a rom and a recovery and worked just fine.
today it turned off by it's own and when i try to turn it on it stucks on the CM logo
when i try to get to recovery it reboots.
adb shows the device is unauthorized
what can i do ? is there a way to force authorize or something ?
reflash firmware
or if you can boot into your recovery, then reflash the rom
try reflashing the rom through adb , hopefully u might b able to boot into fastboot mode.

help after flashing aosp rom succesfully i selected reboot int system but it shows asus logo and goes into fast boot mode
ialso tried to instal lineage os and pixel effect all these are like this i have twrp latest flashed :crying:
i have the same problem. when i flash any custom rom the phone goes to fastboot mode insted of booting into rom. i am on latest twrp recovery and i am trying all this in stock android 5.0.2. i can kindly use someones help.thanks in adwance

Me too, after flashing LineageOS i reboot to fastboot mode too. even if i remove my battery and normally turn it on still on fastboot mode. i really need help. im getting desperate :crying:
Same problem with me, but I'm stuck in infinite loop in the bootanimation of Lineage, RR, AEX and others. Only Stock Rom works normally. Does none of the XDA Developers have a solution?

The thing is my zuk z1 is in a boot loop i can go into the recovery and all modes but if i flash any rom ie Pixel experience,ZUI anything via twrp it just bootloops .. I tried qfil/qpst to flash cm stock and zui stock both .. the qfil said succeeded but to no help it still went to bootloop just goes to the logo of zuk powered by android and then boot loops please help me my device is unusable would very much appreciate if u could help...
Note: I also tried to wipe all partitions via twrp and fastboot and again changed all of them(via twrp) to ext4 and again flashed lineage os but still went to the boot logo of lineage os and rebooted please help
press and hold power button for some seconds until the phone turns off. (be patient, it will restart first, but keep holding power button it will power off.) after that flash cm 12.1 qfil rom using qfil.
i have faced similar problem but i got recovered by flashing cm 12.1 rom using qfil. and after that i flashed mm_firmware zip using twrp file and then mokee rom 7.1.2 release rom.
