Opening camera kills music - LG V20 Questions & Answers

Anyone have a way around when you are listening to music and you open the camera it kills the music?

Using stock player music keeps playing when camera is opened on mine.

Both Play zmusic and Music app doesn't kill when I open camera.

Google play music - Music playback error

OK so here is an odd one, got some music on my phone's internal memory. MP3 Format.
When I try and play it through Google music it give me a music playback error on every track.
If I go through file explorer and click on the individual files then choose Google play music from the pop up to actually play the track it works fine???
Anyone else had this issue?

I'm having an issue with music stored on my phone. Play Music will play the first track but has an error when trying to switch to the next song. Streaming music works though.

Why do some music launchers not read all music?

When I download poweramp it doubles some of my tracks but reads all of them. But when I download rocket player it doesn't double but reads all and on play music it reads like maybe 1/4 or 1/2 of the songs on my phone
Also what is a good music player that will let me set cover art (in a similar way to poweramp) but will also read all tracks? Thanks

Can I set only 1 app to the Music Controller on the AOD/Lock Screen?

Is there anyway I can set the device up so that only 1 app is applicable to the Music Controller, rather than the last music or video app which was playing a song or video?
I want to have Google Play Music always available on the Music Controller on AOD and Lock Screen.
However when I play a video in the YouTube app for instance, and then go back to the Music Controller on the AOD and lock screen, it has the controls ready to play the YouTube video ... meaning I have to unlock the phone, open Google Play Music and play a song for the app to be restored back to the Music Controller - very inconvenient.

If you double tap on the time/date area you'll be able to view the music player controls. Also tap on arrow to view upcoming calendar entry or go back to clock. Nice little AOD features!
