I have an Artemis with WM 6 original in italian, my problem is that I can't get working my htc. This morning i did make a call to my friend andcthen the p3300 goes wirh black screen, so i pressed the soft reset and che screen did the usually white screen with spl ecc... And the appear a black screen with the white moise icon that i can move with the trackball. The p3300 can receive sms and call cause i can hear the sound for sms and incoming call. Just when i receive a call i can see a little part of the screen that display the name or number of the caller...

Hello, today i want your help please, my mom was using her phone and suddenly it falls from her hands, just a heigh of 2", maybe less, and then the screen became a black screen, we can still hear the notifications and vibration, butr the screen doesnt show any image, its just black, even with reboot it only show me a black screen and then the dispolay turns off, but the phone still working, any idea of what's happening here?

Take it to a repair shop
