I know the root process. What I want to know if there's any specific CF-Root file for the mentioned above build as SM-E500F comes under different builds numbers.

new Samsung devices are KNOX LOCKED. don't root it otherwise even trying all the methods you can't bring it back to official state. flash any ROM with ODIN and it'll be fine. just an advice
