I prefer MattedBlues on my CM7. It's a paid theme in the market, but the colours used are my favourite, so I'm a happy puppy
You could also try GO Launcher EX, as home replacement. Apart from some nifty features, it is also fully themable with a lot of free themes available (DarkMetal en black glass were my favourite)

newly introduced ios7 with flat, saturated icons theme look fantastic. Anyone know the similar launcher/icons theme set ?

Not a big fan,but the MIUI launcher has a theme with colorful flat icons.

I wasn't crazy about either of these.

Well grey , black and white and nice design once seen (you can add here the brewer or JB extreme white and probably others) all lollipop variants and ultra colourful themes seems less than childish to me.
Still there are reddemonz,the vol, tranzendence and others I don't know for sure but,again, lolipop stuff is boring and bad choice from Google.

Plus I themed a an older, better version of Rebooter (see pic below)
1. Same as 1 above
2. Make sure unknown sources in checked in settings
3. Open FX file manager find the file and tap on it install. Be sure and uninstall the version included with the rom. Or keep both if you wish, both will still work.
4. You might want to set this not to be an auto update.

Which theme, basic blue or color? The framework apk's still need theming. So far I have only changed some values in the colors.xml from green to blue and the checkboxes. My biggest problem is a reliable WiFi. I am on a shared WiFi with download speed of 7 to 12mb download. But if 4 or 5 are on at the same time it gets really bad. The number doesn't sound like a lot but those are the pc's I can see. That is not counting phones and tablets I can not.

I say blue but hey whatever color you want. I'm just used to Nega's work being blue. But if you like another color, whatever. I'll rock any color theme as long as it looks good. My Note 3 is on Priest Punch ROM n and it's themed in neon pink and green.

Well after checking the number of downloads of basic blue vs color. The basic is 4 to 1 over the color. Guess most like the stock look. How about some feedback from those downloading. ???? stay with the stock images and just shift more images to blue. Tell me what u think!!!!!!!

Haha well, I'm not picky. I just like things to be cohesive. Same color(s) throighout, same styling, etc. If it's sharp, consistent and cohesive, I'll use it. I also like a lot of inverted and transparent apps.

I will say that I am just extremely happy someone is putting the time into this tablet. I do not care which one you choose to do. I will have it on mine. I thank you sir.

Yeah I definitely dig the simple not so busy icons of the blue theme better.

Biased to Blue, but color is growing on me. Must be my mono green/amber CRT memories that likes the simplicity. Keep up great work!
Might be forced to stack the deck if sharing WiFi,, Use my laptop, my 2w USB Wifi and MyPublicWiFi software to make a Priv shared for my devices..

I use the blue as well..BTW Timberwolf, thanks for the info on rooting and flashing recovery...Worked like a champ!!!:good::highfive:

Thanks for the input guys. The Basic Blue theme is just about all I plan on doing to it. I am working on the color but it's taking a while. The wife and I are taking a break for the next 3 days. Should have the framework-res.apk done by next Friday. Hang in there it's almost soup~

mono for substratum

I purchased the theme back on marshmallow because of the transparency/liquid theme. Now, that has long since been removed.
Does anyone know of any themes that would make a suitable replacement? I'm on a slightly older build of pure Nexus Android version is 7.1.1
I already have a navigation theme that I enjoy. The statusbar icons in mono are nice and simplistic.
Open to any and all recommendations though.
I'd prefer to stay away from paid themes, since this isn't the first time I've had a support issue.

MultiUI or Greyce are pretty good for me. I got sick of the "black" themes. My question, how is it that no one has made a grey matte theme?! Or even something similar to Suave back on CM9 AND CM10?! Man that theme was awesome!

Check out the theme called Compound by Daniel Schott. It's on my consideration list. It looks pretty good and has some nice grey. I really want a nice transparent one like liquid mono. I don't really like any solid color themes. I'm about to look at your recommendations now.
Edit: ya, nether of those really has the look I'm trying for. Thanks for the recommendations, regardless.

Loool!! Made a thread to find a theme, end up helping someone else find one they love! Works for me!

I just downloaded compound too. I'm digging it so far! Nearly everything seems themed. Still trying to figure out why a select few menus have white background though. Maybe it's just the style.

What rom are you on? I'm actually getting black font colour on grey UI. Was hoping there would be a distinction change to white font for those situations but he might not be done finding everything as yet.

I'm on a slightly older version of Pure Nexus. Most stuff seems consignee consistent. I had 80¢ from Google opinions, so I figured it was worth the small price. I'm happy with it, for the price I got it for.
