Yes you can flash, you are on 935F International model, so yes. You don't need to root to flash via ODIN. Generally speaking region based ROM's are more optimized for language, LTE bands, but the rest of the release notes are more or less the same across regions.
Thanks my friend. Any benefits from this firmware, or its mostly the same? what are the differences?
Anyone can chim in?
i know i'm late but i wanna chime in cuz noone else has. If the model's the same, you can flash any of it & it will work just fine, data/calls etc no problems. The only things is that you'll get the latest security patches from Google if you flash it. Oh, using Odin to flash stock firmware will never trip the Knox counter and it is almost impossible to mess it up totally. I mean at worst, you did it wrong and it fails, or you have to flash it again.
Also getting a newer firmware can give you bug fixes & newer features too sometimes. Choosing your region/countries CSC might help for Languages for the keyboard etc, but not really needed, just as long as you flash International sm-G935F with another sm-g935F. hope this helps

Hello guys...
I am waiting for the Lollipop update on my galaxy S5 for months now and till date nothing has happened. Above all there's only about 10 variants of the SM-G900F which are actually in this situation actually out of 100s. I decided to flash it on my own using ODIN. Please can anyone who is more at ease with the process than me give me the procedure to do so ( I have flashed custom roms on other phones in the past).
I would also appreciate if you could give me a direct download link for the OS if ever you have it. I had seen them in this forum once but forgot where and which keywords to type.
And also and most importantly could you advise me about which versions will be compatible with my country's networks i.e Mauritius.
My phone's details are :

I also have an unlocked S7E but bought in USA and I'm on Aprils patch too.
Mines also German unbranded DBT still April 2nd
Flash a CSC that has the June patches. AMO working well for me.
Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
+1 unlocked S7E
Sent from my SM-G935F using XDA-Developers mobile app
Unbranded uk s7 edge and still no may or june security patch.
hi i have a problems with updating the device via OTA whenever i tap the check for update button via settings it always say "registering device" and after that "processing failed". everytime i try it always came back like that. my device is not rooted and official
anyone know how to resolve this ?
thanks
Have you tried doing a factory reset? I'd had a similar behaviour with a Note 4 - after I've done a factory reset it was working fine again with the updates
just checked for update and no june update yet, I am still stuck on april like the most of you
Today I got the june security patch (APF2)
Sent from my SM-G935F using XDA-Developers mobile app
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge today from Stockholm/Sweden, i discovered later the phone was branded to TIM (Italy) but not locked!
My phone is also stuck at an older SW release with older security patch from April (G935FXXU1APD1).
When i search in internet for TIM (Italy) SW i can't find newer than what i have in my phone and it is OLD!!
Model SM-G935F
Model name Galaxy S7 edge
Country Italy (TIM)
Version Android 6.0.1
Changelist 110166628
Build date Fri, 01 Apr 2016 11:59:01 +0000
Security Patch Level N/A
Product code TIM
PDA G935FXXU1APD1
CSC G935FTIM1APCF
Is that normal? are we going to have the SW updates any soon? or we are stuck for a longer time? Or maybe we will have the latest SW from June and skip the one from May?! Any clue?
Thanks!
still stuck on april patch (APCD) except it's halfway into july now (this is slowly turning into a really ****ty joke if you ask me)
c'mon people!

DL SamFirm v0.3.6, use it to DL whatever firmware you need. In your case DBT.
Open SamFirm, enter model (SM-G935F), region (DBT), select the box labeled "Auto", then click check update. Make sure the box on the right side labeled "Decrypt automatically" is checked, then click download. Simple ;]
Anyone received the security update for June '17 yet? I'm on LUX CSC.
Hi!
Recently I Root my Galaxy A5 but wasn't happy with the result so I reinstall the Fresh Firmware using KIES. After reinstalling the Firmware the battery timing is reduce as compared to before. This is the Latest Update I am using.
Current version: A510FXXU4CQG7
A510FDOJP4CQG1/A510FDXXU4CQDL
I installed more apps before placing the firmware, but still the battery timing was better than now. Is there anything i can do to improve it like it was before?
Downgrade to Marsmallow 6.0.1
or
Install this Rom

Hi, I have a S7 Edge witch is from Vodafone UK and I want to use it in Poland, it is a good idea to flash this firmware?:
Model SM-G935F
Model name Galaxy S7 edge
Country Poland
Version Android 7.0
Changelist 12365438
Build date Tue, 17 Oct 2017 05:28:35 +0000
Security Patch Level 2017-10-01
Product code XEO
PDA G935FXXU1DQJ3
CSC G935FXEO1DQJ3
I also want to get rid of Vodafone stuff (debrand), and use is like a unlocked device, non-rooted, official, receive ota updates etc...
There are some risks if I flash other country firmware in country specific device? should not do that?
It is better to look for SM-935U firmware and flash this?
The device is network locked and I will unlock it with NCK code, I will be able to use it in Poland with any SIM?
Thank you all.
I think I posted in wrong place. can someone move it please?
Hello! My Galaxy s8 can't seem to find any updates on my device even though it is not the latest version.
Software screen says: Latest update installed. Current version: G950FXXU1AQDD/G950FNZC1AQDD/G950FXXU1AQC8
On Samsung page shows there are: doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G950F/DBT/doc.html
Phone info
Model number: SM-G950F
Android v: 7.0
Samsung Experience v: 8.1
Baseband v: G950FXXU1AQC8
Build number: NRD90M.G950FXXU1AQDD
Android security patch level: April 1, 2017
I'm from Europe/Romania and using Orange carrier. I bought it from someone who said the phone is from the UK which is true.
I did a factory restore when I got it and the phone is not rooted and unlocked.
Should I flash a new version? If so which one? I've never done this before so I'm really cautious.
same here i live in algeria can't receive oreo update , i'm thinking of flashing my s8 to the french firmware but i'm scared of breaking it
The samsungmobile.com link shows OTA availability for a CSC of DBT, which is German according to other XDA threads, not Romanian. Update availability is based on CSC, are you sure that your CSC is DBT?
I have the same issue .. please can anybody assist
I would try updating manualy to Oreo latest and then updating it to PIE
Just update from odin with home_csc to keep the data. But if you update from 7.0 to another android version, i recomend a clean install.
