I tried everything, including two factory resets, everything works amazing (including Google Maps), but there is no way to make the game work under 4G (or 3G etc)
*Data usage is not limited (plus, 4G works for everything including for Google Maps or watch videos on youtube when Im in the street)
*GPS-Wifi and network location are enabled
*Permission for Pokemon Go are on (all the permision)
*Google Maps permission are on too
*Time is correct
*NFC is off
*Apn are fine
*Google Play Services permission are on too (all)
Im out of ideas :/ what can I do?

No no, that option is disabled; I was reading and searching arround all the websites I could on internet and a lot of people have the same problem, and I think I found a potential solution!
I had de idea to just tried another SIM card and the game WORKS!, if I use my "old" SIM card (is not OLD, just used) the game doesn't work...is very weird cuz internet works for everything (including Google Maps and Youtube), but there is something with the SIM, If I put a new branded SIM in the phone the game works like it used to do in my other phone, this is very weird, How a SIM card can affect a game? that make no sense!, but is a fact, I tried it and it solve the problem :/

Just got an invite to google music. On the computer everything works great. But on the Xoom i cant access the cloud in the music app.
Should this just work automaticly or? I don't live in the US, so that could be the problem.
Others outside the US will probably ask this aswell.

There is a thread somewhere about getting it to work in Canada, maybe you can follow those steps, but as of right now it is only open to US users.

Go to settings > applications > all and find Music, click Clear data and then Force stop. Now try Music app again.
Of course this works if you have the latest Music app installed. If you don't have it, then connect to US VPN and you can update in Market.
Didn't help. I think vpn is the solution here.
In my google music settings, the xoom dosen't show up as a device.
I have Google Music 3.0.
You need to update the Google music app, which only works if the market thinks you're in America. I used root and then the MarketAccess app to fool it into thinking I was on a USA sim card and all works fine. I'm in the UK btw

When I open market I am not able to see any images
Even in description I am not able to view any thumbnails. It states no connection whereas I have 3g network and everything other works fine

Sounds like a network issue. There are times when 3g etc shows but no data is transmitted.

I assume you are on Vodafone and this is an issue. Seems like they are having issues with the images, perhaps some firewall policy has disabled the images from loading.
IF you try using WiFi, you will notice that they show up.
Airtel is not having this issue, so its isolated to the Carrier and not Google / Device.
Yeah I get this too sometimes, seems to be a carrier issue cause when I set another carrier using market enabler, it works fine...
Thought this was just me!
Had similar issues my self. Go to the market to view the stop. Shows a preview of al the pictures but sometimes (more often than not..) I can't click to view any more than the first image. I've flashed a fair few roms now, I put it down to the market being a bit buggy at the moment as some work fine.
I normally google the hell out of what im getting prior to the market to make sure its what I'm after so is not really been a issue.
You can try clearing the market cache , from the task manger

I was travelling to Switzerland (i am not sure if the following has anything to do with the problem) when I wanted a little extra coins on some apps like subway surfers the apps require "in app purchases" and I had seen a friend get all in app purchases free on iOS so I tried to do the same. I downloaded an app and it asked me to change my timezone to Moscow and so I did. The app did not work. I uninstalled it and came back to Sydney and my WiFi bars are Grey and I can access the internet but I can't access Google play services. I have done some research and a lot of users say I have to make sure my timezones are correct and they are. I have rooted my nexus 7 and am running the latest stock android with the new Google play. Can somebody help this driving me crazy!?

Do you have root?
If you have root, you can do the following to turn back to blue :
1)Download latest google play store app. and also google services framework.
2)Install the google play app(do not open the app).(warning:- do not install services framework now.)
3)Open root explorer.
4)Go to system/app. find the google framework services.apk and delete it.
5)Copy and paste the downloaded framework services.apk to system/app.
6)Exit the root explorer app and clear all recents.
7)Again open the root explorer and go to system/app and find your google framework services.apk and install it.
8)Exit root explorer and restart the phone.
9)Now go to settings/apps/all.Find the services framework there click on it and first clear the data then force stop the app.
10)Now restart your and bingo! your wifi is in blue and you can connect google+.
11)If not working then there may be a problem in your wifi router

I have read about people asking about how to install google books, magzines, movies. music or how to use those features which are restricted due to their country. Well, this is a guide by which you can change your country as default and then you can enjoy all the applications from a particular region you choose.
The best part is that
NO ROOT REQUIRED OR ANY OTHER KIND OF MODIFICATION.
INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Download TunnelBear version free from Google Play or any other VPN service which allows you to select a specific country.
2. Sign up and then log in to Tunnel Bear.
3. Once logged in, enable TunnelBear and then choose a region. Suppose you choose US.
4. Wait until your phone has been connected to TunnelBear VPN.
5.Go back to your home screen. Do not close it or use task managers that might kill it automatically.
6. Force stop Google Play in Application Manager from Settings.
7. Clear data and cache
8. Open Google Play Store. Accept the Terms & Conditions of Google Play Store.
9. Once you are connected to US Google Play, you may disconnect Tunnel Bear as I think it has a limit.
10. Enjoy reading magzines, books and other applications
11. To revert back, simply clear cache and data again after force closing Google Play.
12. Use WIFI and disable your 3g/4g connection. I am not sure if location causes any problem but if doesnot work for you, just go into airplane mode and use WIFI till you get US market.
This works without root but fast internet, latest google play firmware, root is recommended in order. (It should work without root but if it doesnot, make sure your internet speed is good and/or upgrage your Google Play. Also, if you are unable to connect to US market, try doing the 6-8 steps again.

Well, first try to open just regular websites using proxy and see if that works. Then try opening the Google Play Store. Good Luck

Are you rooted ? If yes, open titanium backup (search market) and you will see the apps frozen. Just unfreeze them. Open proxy while opening the Movies. Once inside, turn off proxy. Tell me if that works for you!
Using a proxy should allow us Netflix no problem but I use XBMC so.haven't looked into it

Be specific what is not working and where do you get stuck?
I am travelling to a new country soon, and want to save map of tht city for offline viewing, but I simply cant seem to see that option anymore.
Please guide me, using latest updated version of Google Map.
PS: Is this option taken out ? Any alternatives ?

2] how can I specify how many MB of space I wana reserve for caching the map.
Any good alternatives other than google maps.... these google guys have messedup a perfectly working system it seems on the new versions.

Personally I like MapsWithMe. It doesn't run on Google Maps but on OpenStreetMap.org, which means it's quite a lot more accurate and extensive. (Even lists benches and power lines.) Just a suggestion.

Thanks for the tip - never heard of it before, just tried it and it's excellent - time to ditch CoPilot
I've used RMaps which you can download a city map to something daft like 3 feet, viewable offline, multiple map scales so you can zoom in/out offline, download via wifi, cached/downloaded maps saved to SDCard, GPS tracker and multiple maps to choose from including Google, Ordinance Survey Maps + more....
I use this before I run Google and can have clear street view before I've set foot out of the door

I use navigator. It doesn't need a data connection because you download maps either paid or free (I use the free ones and they are fine). I found even when Google maps let you download a map you still couldn't navigate on it without a data connection anyway. Which made it kind of pointless.
