I have slight choppiness in all browsers while scrolling, some worse than others with axon 7. That's with no other apps opened in the background. Am I the only one experiencing this?

I just wanted to check with you all if you also experience a little lag when zooming in and out in the gallery pictures? The zoom in-out is not as smooth as it was in the first SGS and its really annoying me. Its not really lag but the picture jump a bit and shake a bit when i zoom in-out.
The weird thing is that this only occur in gallery apps. I tried quickpic and all other apps, and same problem. But the zoom in-out works perfectly and really smooth in all other areas such as browsing, and even opening the same picture in the browser. Really smooth. And every picture is saved on the internal memory.
Is this normal?

No, it's not normal. Zooming in the Gallery is super-smooth for me.
happened to me last night. zooming pictures and scrolling between albums lag. try rebooting. it fixed my problem
I did a factory reset but still same problem :/
Well, is just installed sgs tools from market and "upgraded" the gallery and now its as smooth as it was on the first SGS.

Does anyone here use Amazon instant video to good effect? I have tried opera (can't press the play button), dolphin, and the android browser. no matter what, it starts ok much of the time, but becomes unwatchable within 5 minutes or less; stuttering, laggy, etc.
Any help would be great.

Am i the only one getting alot of flash player lag in windows 8? its only in full screen too, its weird, no matter what browser, flash full screen lags terribly... any fix?
Is anyone else having trouble with Dolphin's pinch zoom being a bit jerky? When I begin to pinch, the screen location shifts quite dramatically before it begins to zoom smoothly with my pinch.
