Finally managed to get B560 update for L09 Middle East (Thanks to my friend naeema for sending me)
Download L09C185B560
after download extract "TL09_B560_MEA.zip" file, copy "dload" folder inside memory
and install it

Better use PC to download but this server is pure. I don't know why people don't added to Mega or Dropbox or Google Drive. I think this it's ota update not full rom download by ota.

Its upto you, which method you use to download.
But after extraction you will get dload folder, copy thid folder in root directory of memory ( root directory is where all your folders showing).
Then go in update, and select local update
And yes on phone you can use default file manager to extract,

**BACKUP EVERYTHING!! INCLUDING MEDIA, MUSIC AND EVERYTHING THAT'S THERE ON YOUR DEVICE!!**
1) Download the firmware, open XML file and delete the 'getvar' line (I think I've already done that... Just check).
2) Download RSD lite
3) open RSD lite and browse to the location where u have saved the firmware.
4) select "EXTRACT AND START FLASHING"
5) wait for the process to get over (it will take 5-10 minutes)
6) ur phone will automatically reboot

last time it downloaded to internal memory/dload dir but once you updated, the dload dir will be deleted. so dont update. copy to somewhere else first

I have KIW-L23. I didn have any intimation about it. Im still in EMUI 3.
Stay Cool. KIW-L21, L22 and L24 will have definite update till Nougat...

Just download the file put the dload folder in you phone memory or sdcard then go to the update section in your phone setting and choose local update and booooom☺

Open the dialer and enter *#*#2846579#*#*
In the project menu, go to Software Upgrade > SDCard Upgrade and tap “Ok” to confirm the installation.

The one in op and this is same but this one has more apps included in it since it's updated to add missing files and more
Both are using magic ui but the b516 seemed to be a more pre release since it wasn't fully working with honor magic features. The B521 adds some missing features and files and corrects notifications and more
I had a database with links to 100 files that I believe is probably related to honor magic and some sort of database over other files than just the update but lost it. I can get it again but for now I can't

You must install as system app. They blocked installation of 3rd party launcher. Except Google launcher

please, i need help. After unlocking my phone, I flashed it with this firmware to restore bootloader back to lock state. But now I can't use air update, on tap at the Updater it simply brings me back to settings menu. How can I get air updater back?
