Huawei Y625-U51 Android 4.4.2 - Problem installing Xposed Framework - Huawei Y625 Questions & Answers

Hello! I tried to install the Xposed on my smartphone but it gives me the following error:
"SD card: / storage/sdcard0/Android/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/files
Copying Xposed-Disabler-Recovery.zip...
Mounting / system writable...
Backup already exists at / system/bin/app_process.orig
Copying app_process...
Copying XposedBridge.jar...
Done! Changes will become active on reboot.
Do you want to reboot now?"
After I say yes but the Xposed is not properly installed.
What should I do to solve this problem?

U need to deodex your rom first with kitkat deodexer.
Dont use other deodexing tools or it will brick your phone.
Then install xposed.

Download root checker from play store. If it shows your phone to be rooted, then updating will brick your device. If it shows "no root access" then you can update to Lollipop.
And, a word of advice, dont update to Lollipop. Kitkat works much much better than Lollipop on A6000+.
Also, you can try custom ROMs if you are familiar with flashing ROMs and stuff..

No app without root access can install busybox because without root access they dont have permission to write in /system directory. So, the "install busybox without root" app has to store busybox files in /data/ directory, and must be guiding other apps to that folder when some apps ask for busybox.
And without root permissions you cant modify the contents of /data/.
So, you need to install that "install busybox blah blah" again and then try installing busybox again. Then, clear data of the "install busybox ..." app and I think busybox would get removed, hopefully.
And yah, if this doesn't work you can factory reset your phone. That would surely do the job.

Yeah factory resets wipes the /data/ directory. All of your installed apps will be removed too, so you should better make backup first.

[V4A] Viper4Android I/O Error (Driver Installation Failure) [FIX]

Hey everyone! I seem to have found put together 3 methods of installing/bypassing the V4A App on android. These methods include:
Regular Installation, and 2 Error bypasses/fixes.
If you get the error "superuser manager doesn't allow app to access su or you don't have root at all. fix this to use this selinuxmodechanger!", then you've come to the right place.
Requirements: ROOT, (maybe) TWRP (or anything you can flash the zip onto your phone with. With this tutorial I'll be using TWRP.)
If you don't have TWRP, here's the link to that \\ https://twrp.me/Devices/
Type in/select your device, click download, and flash it to your phone.
====================================================================================
Regular installation:
1.) Download V4A from Google Play Store \\ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vipercn.viper4android_v2_fx&hl=en
2.) Open, and grant root permission.
3.) Install drivers, and reboot phone. DONE!
==================================================================================================
V4A SuperSU Manager Error:
1.) Download V4A from Google Play Store (the newest one) \\ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vipercn.viper4android_v2_fx&hl=en
Open it, grant permissions, click "install drivers" <- just get through the driver menu. This is a troubleshoot test. If it fails, keep going on with the tutorial. If not, You're A-Okay.
2.) Download V4A Flashable ZIP from here \\ https://drive.google.com/file/d/0By-5wpCgi7OHMjFZRU1PYXljbDQ/view
Drag and drop from your computer onto your phone in your "Downloads" folder.
3.) Open TWRP and click "Install" and navigate to your "Downloads" folder where you Installed the V4A Flashable ZIP (Viper4AndroidMM_v2.4.0.1.zip)
Install the ZIP in TWRP, and reboot.
4.) Open your apps/app menu, navigate to the new (it's an older version, but it's newly installed) V4A. It should be a purple logo instead of a blue logo. At this point in the tutorial, you should have both the Google Play Store APK, and the TWRP Flashed APK. Open the PURPLE V4A, and Install drivers now.
5.) Reboot phone, go to the NEW (blue logo) V4A, and install drivers on that one too.
The rest is clean-up. You may now delete the older version of V4A (purple logo).
========================================================
Bypass/fix #2, The SELinuxModeChanger issue:
1.) Download V4A (newest version) from \\ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vipercn.viper4android_v2_fx&hl=en
2.) (Grant root access) Attempt to install drivers. If this succeeds, then Idk why you're still here.
3.) Download SELinuxModeChanger APK from \\ http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=12506
4.) Open it, grant root access, and click "Permissive".
5.) Re-boot phone, and open V4A when done.
6.) Install drivers!

my head unit doesn't have vendor/etc or the audio effects configuration file....
Thanks
I had the Viper.apk from their website and the Google play version loaded also and I was getting the I/O error when trying to load the driver and the Google Play version didn't work at all. I did try to load SuperSU and busybox before attempting to load the driver again and it still didn't work. I don't know about permissive kernel, I'm running Resurrection ROM on a Rooted Note 3. The way I got this to work was to uninstalled the V4A Viper APK version that I had retrieved and loaded from their website. Next I booted into TWRP recovery and installed the V4A Flashable ZIP from the link that I found here. Next I ran the flashed version and granted SU permissions when asked during the install driver process. The driver finally loaded and bingo it works now.

You have to rename file before opening V4A app for the first time, now you rename it before or after flashing no matter,

When I install drivers for ViPER4Android FX I get "Driver installed, please reboot your device." and when I reboot, I'm asked to install drivers again. Did anyone figure out how to successfully install these drivers? I saw fixed around the forum, but they don't seem to work for me.

Phoenix OS [2.6.3] x86_64 Xposed Framework v89 SDK25 by youling257

XPOSED FRAMEWORK INSTALLATION ON PHOENIX OS
Hello guys ,
After A long time ,Sir @youling257 released latest x86_64 Xposed Frameworks v89 for SDK25
It booted far eaisly with xposed frameworks being active.
Instructions:-
Similar to those of RemixOS ,
1.Download official xposed-v88 sdk25 x86 zip from
Framework http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk25/x86/xposed-v88.1-sdk25-x86.zip
For x86_64
Framework https://github.com/youling257/XposedTools/releases
<------------+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++------------->
Installer
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
No need for x86_64
<------------+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++------------->
2.Decompress it and copy the system folder and flash-script.sh (located at /META-INF/com/google/android/) from extracted folder .put them in a seperate folder inside /system partition or in root of hdd partition where is your PhoenixOS folder resides.
For x86_64 ,just decompress zip in Xposed folder and put folder in /system/*(here)
3.Boot Grub and select debug option if you have otherwise.hover over normal boot and press e to edit the boot option
Add
Code:
DEBUG=1
at the end of kernel args.
before the last line for initrd (not in this line).
And boot it with F10
4.Now ,in debug Mir-shell.Go to /mnt/* if you placed it in root parttion of your PhoenixOS folder from Windows 10 or in /system/*/ folder if you placed it there.
Code:
cd /mnt/xposed/ //for me * is xposed
Or
cd /system/xposed/
* is the folder where you copied flash-script.sh and system folder.
Now run
Code:
sh flash-script.sh
For x86_64
Code:
sh script
It should flash latest xposed framework .Ignore failing to set selinux file contexts for files.
Now simply reboot .

unable to install xposed on phoenix os 64 bit missing script file?
hi i followed your instructions to get xposed installed on a 64bit phoenix os, but the zip file [xposed framework by youling257] that u gave for the 64bit does not have a "script" file inside it,so can u be a bit more clear as to how you managed to install the xposed framework. cos going through your instructions u told to run the script file for the 64bit is that some custom script u wrote to install the framework if so can u please provide that for download as well.

You can use updater-script Instead ,however here it is ,put it beside system folder and set permission executable .
I tested this on Bliss x86 7.2 Stable, and it worked great.
I took the x86_64 zip and extracted it's contents into a folder named 'system'. I then put the 'system' folder and installer script into '/tmp'. I then opened terminal, elevated privileges with 'su', then executed the installer script.
Okay, I tried various methods mentioned here.
I have latest Phoenix OS, of course x86_64, sadly no more stable x86 anymore.
I have Framework downloaded from https://github.com/youling257/XposedTools/releases
Then extracted it, TWICE, one with folder and one with contents of inside folder. So I had 3 possible types of same thing (zip, folder, extracted from folder)
Now those 3 things, and also, with script.txt and a copy renamed top script.sh, 5 total were moved to /system,/mnt,/sdcard.
As you can see, I left no chance of lack of anything. Yet I got errors. (attached)
Then I tried with no apk, as mentioned no installer needed. I got various errors.
I then downloaded it, placed in priv-app with XposedInstaller.apk name, also installed it.
Then still I got errors. (Look at attachment)
I have also attached the script I am keep using. Is it for 32bit or what?
Please do help. This Xposed thing made me reinstall my 5 multiple OS booting system to REINSTALL.

xposed framework for huawei p10 lite?

Recently it has come out xposed framework by rovo89 for android N:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
Has anyone tried it on the p10 lite, with rom stock + recovery + root? or in some other device huawei with rom stock and emui 6?
Thanks in advance.
I've tried it and it works fine, but since I rooted my p10 and installed xposed my battery started to drain noticeably faster, so I went back to stock.
I use xposed with magisk v14 and no battery drain(I think)
Testing and work fine.
Some times, after reboot, xposed in disabled. Need run this attached script on init, in /su/su.d

I am facing the same problem and when I tried to use your solution its not working either.
I somehow able to found out the error (by using init.d scripts app):
Path is not correct for
/data/user_de/0/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf/enabled.modules.list
/data/user_de/0/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf/modules.list
On checking the path appears to be correct. Then whats the issue here? Please guide.
My P10-Lite is rooted. So I can see the path actually exists in my phone's root folder.
Thanks

this is the message inside of magisk manager when i try to install with recommended way. but i have root after flashing zip not showing anything else in the app not magisk hide not modules etc
ant solution?
I do not quite understand what you want, but I think I understand some of it. You want to install a new version of magic and can not do it from the magic app, it was properly understood. If it was I can help. Try using another file explorer if you need to patch for it, or download the zip file and install it from recovery.
i have tried all when flashing the latest magisk the manager doesnt recognize the version but i have root rights nor appears su hide modules etc in the manager
Im running a 6.0 Custom ROM and noticed Magisk isnt working well but does give me SU access. I you need to run an earler version of Magisk (16?) in order to run it smoothly.
