You have to install an RC version with flashtool. And after that the Installation of MM with twrp recovery.

hello everyone as clearly the title said
i ruined my phone with root bla bla and then i unbricked it and decided to return to original firmware
which i installed the middle east version and seem like the camera app is missing
any help?
i update it official through the phone but it keep failing several times
now it's updating through wifi 2.08 GB
hope this will work

I am rooted with twrp, is it possible to flash the stable 9.0.13 update in recovery or do I need the roll back package? also can it all be done via otg? I have twrp and majisk on my thumb drive...
