Huawei shows us that they working on Android N build for P9.
I think that after P9 will come P9 pro and P9 lite.
My prediction: If Android N will be officially released in late August/ early September P9 lite will probably see beta build till the end of this year
I think the same, nougat is comming

Today i got an email from Huawei saying that there won't be official Nougat update because they have done some testing and this is better for our device but they will continue improving the current available version of Android.

this thing does not make sense because it should update the mate's p8 is not because they have the same hardware

honor 8 or p8 lite 2017/ P9 lite 2017
P8 is "outdated" and won't receive more updates.. if you still want a Huawei device, go for p9 Lite or a newer one from Honor. You may check the community support first

after the update to Android 7.0 my bluetooth function is not working anymore. Anyone having similar problems and maybe a solution for me?
It's in beta...use Lineage OS13, it's more stable...
Thank you for your answer. I did what was suggested in this forum and let the battery drain out. After that I was able to boot normal again.
But how can I install another OS since there is no TWRP version for my phone (EMUI 5.0) out yet?
That is not a solution. You are talking about the P8 Lite 2017, no, because P8 Lite original didn't receive any Nougat Updates(EMUI 5.0)

Well, I did receive the update OTA. I am based in Austria and have a first version P8 lite. I did not ask for this and now my bluetooth is not working. The update was sent from Huawei.

I have a Huawei p9 lite with VIN L31C02B123 and I haven't received the nougat update yet, Huawei said me that the update has to be deployed by my operator (strange) and i don't think it will be deployed soon (it takes a lot of time in Belgium).
so, is there any other possibilities to have Android 7 on my device?
My phone is not root, but could be.

It will. I contacted the Huawei through Hicare and they said that it's is coming for me in July. But they also said that the update its already out there for some people.

Given the amount of times we've seen people contact support with questions about updates and get incorrect answers I'm not gonna believe it until I see it. The evidence to the contrary is greater: no security updates for a few months (suggests abandoned software support) and the official list from Huawei does not include P10 Lite; only P10 and P10 Plus.
Edit: just checked. If accurate, Huawei hasn't uploaded a firmware to their servers since March.
