Xposed framework

Hi guys, I have trouble understanding what is xposed framework from the xposed thread. Can someone explain what is xposed framework in a simplified Manner?

You can change some settings from interface. For example the icons or the high of the navigation bar or the clock position...
In simple words you can change more than in the normal settings.

I use Gravity box which has many options, such as %battery, music skip with volume control, lockscreen controls, etc. Look at the various modules available and see what you can change. Note: I just put gravity box on my new lg g2 and it really doesn't work, and the %battery is on the battery settings of the Lg, so I took it off. worked great on my GNEX.

I use Gravity Box (KK). You can disable them on there

Ya wanam is better in the sense that it's made for samsung phones whereas gravity box is for nexus. They both work though.

Your favourite Xposed Modules

What are the Xposed modules that you like to use on your One.
Please let us know what ROM you use and what xposed modules you have installed.
I'm using Team Gummy ROM and my favourite modules to use with it are "Bootmanager", "Network Speed Indicator" and "Recent Tasks RAM".
I have a few others that are usefull as well, but I guess those are my favourite ones at the moment.

I just use the Youtube adaway & greenify for now.
Network speed indicator sounds interesting. My mobile plan is soooo slow.

You technically don't need xposed for this though..

Greenify, gravitybox although not needed I use in conjunction with tasker to control what mobile connection I'm on ie 3G/4G, minminguard, tinted status bar, crappalinks & Theftie.

Is there one that gives you notifications on the lock screen like Mahdi?

Only one i use is Pandora patcher not all the thing in the patch work for me any one out there that have it working 100%? How did you get it too work?

Remove Carrier Label from Status Bar

Hi,
I am trying to remove carrier label from status bar but none of Xposed Modules can make it. I tried GravityBox, Wanam for Lollipop +, XTouchWiz.
Any ideas ?

Use notifyclean xposed module and enable Show the Satusbar Also on Keyguard

Or use "Flat Style Bar Indicators" Xposed module - you can even change it to whatever you want!
Love that module, it's my favorite.

You can install "Good Lock". It doesn't show any carrier label.
