Problem to connect the pc to the phone

Hi guys i've a Xiaomi mi a1 but after after had tried to install the gcam my phone it wasn't more Able to install the April's patch . Finally I flasher a new ROM stock but my pc cannot recognise more the phone , it only charge. Someone has the stock global ROM ?
