Amplify tutorial please? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions & Answer

I do not think this app does alot just from what I see. My device goes into deepsleep everytime I turn my screen off so is that enough? I would like to learn something new, could someone specify on how to make the most out of amplify?

You should check out this thread from Verizon Galaxy s7 forum it helped me a lot: http://forum.xda-developers.com/ver...uide-fine-tuning-performance-battery-t3417804

I recommend this thread as well. These are the settings I use:

Betterbatterystats

I noticed my battery is dying fast so I downloaded betterbatterystats to help identify the root cause however now I do not know what I am looking at. Can someone look at this and advise me what to do to turn off these partial wake locks. Thanks for the help!!

(Fixed)Battery saver not sticking

I searched the forum and couldn't find an answer to my problem. When you go into battery under settings if you click on battery saver it says on. But if you press the refresh icon or exit and go back it will show its off. So I figure I make a post for anyone else who may be having the same issue. Obviously most folks on xda like to keep their phones free from bloat. In the process you might have disabled moto assist. Battery saver needs moto assist to function. So if you enable moto assist accept an update from the app store battery saver will work fine. It will also auto activate when reaching 15% battery life.

CPU good governor and I/O schedulers

I've searched and searched and can't find a thread on this for our excellent devices!
So I'm going to start one !?
What setup is everyone using and does anyone have advice in how to get the best performance / battery life balance?
I'm running CyanogenMod 11 on my D802.
I also have android tuner but not sure how to best use the CPU section
Performance is good but I think it could be improved.

Fine i repeat u can use greenify and delete apps u dont use set ur cpu frequency lower if u turn off screen.
Theres also an app which can also save alot of battery. When screen is off ur data will be always on unless u deakivated it. So it enables every 15min or whatever time u set ur data to get notifications etc. So that save battery. Performance is controlled by governor.
It is only up to you whether u need lag free scolling or more battery.

So does nfc need to be on or not? I tried yesterday with nfc off and got error. After turning nfc on, it worked.

It should turn on NFC and turn it off when done.

What's the point of having MST then if you still have to turn on and off the NFC?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A
You don't have to turn it on. The program will do it when you select a card. I read something that the phone knows which radio needs to send the signal.

I wish i could use it. I tried all 4 cards and none of them are accepted
