Is it possible to boot Athena form any USB pheriperal such as a stick or a cd-rom ?

I need to connect a flash drive formatted to FAT32
I have rooted it
I tried a lot of app from play store ..
Any suggestion ?

It sounds like all you have left to do is download (root) StickMount from Play store. That's all I had to do. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
I think my cable do not have 4 and 5 pins connected

i have been trying to open my hdd disk with otg cable but it do nothing i have suceesfully enabled usb host mode but it didnt work either
i know that htc d820 have usb otg support
Bt it d820s does not have it..
I have tried stick mount, usb otg helper but still no luck
Does anybody know any method to get usb otg support..

I am wondering if it is possible to charge while having a HDD attached to the tablet? is there a special OTG cable required? Do i need to be rooted? when i hook up the regular OTG cable i can either transfer or charge, I cant do both
