help me for recovery mode on my redmi 2 prime

Sir i m flash cyanogenmod nighty on my redmi 2 prime and flash supersu zip file through trwp and reboot it then it not rebooting it plays marshmallow logo for hours and hour and i tried to go on recovery its also not opening plzzzz help me sir....for opening of recovery mod
If you can boot fastboot then you can launch recovery
Turn off the device....hold power and both volume buttons(means all buttons present in redmi 2) it will boot into recovery....just wipe dalvik,cache,system,data....then install cm13 zip and reboot....it will load up (like 5min) then complete the setup wizard and there is inbuilt root access in cm13 ( Go to Settings - About device - tap to build number 7times - it will say developer options are available just go back and select developer options scroll down a little there u will find root access tap it and select for apps only and tap yes....voila ur good to go...
Go to recovery by pressing power +volume up+volume down . then flash cm 13 without SuperSU.bcz u don't need super su. Root option is available in developers option.
And if u can't go to recovery then flash miui stock Rom by fastboot.
try fastboot method "fastboot boot"

[General Info] Entering recovery mode on the Redmi 3S

If you flashed the twrp recovery image from http://xiaomitips.com/guide/how-to-flash-twrp-and-root-redmi-3s/ and cant boot into the recovery using vol down + power ( which is basically fastboot ) or the volume + up ( which is just booting into rom )
To boot into your TWRP Recovery or any other recovery that you've installed
1) Power off your phone ( Don't have any cable connected to it )
2) Volume up + Volume down + power button and hold
3) When you see the Mi Logo appear , Let go of ONLY the power button
4) If you've successfully flashed the twrp image on the recovery, you should be entering twrp mode now.
5) Disable dm-verify from advanced settings.
You're done :good::good::good:
The only reason i made this post was for all the android phones i've used, volume down+power button meant going into recovery mode, and not fastboot mode. this was the first phone with different key mechanics and I thought you guys should know as well
TL;DR? Volume up + volume down + power = Recovery
Volume down + power = Fastboot mode always
Volume up + power / Power button = Normal boot
Great information ??

Your method works not every time. From time to time its different.
Here is what for me works.
WITH OPEN BOOTLOADER
I flashed TWRP with Fastboot
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
>>>directly after flashing<<<
1.) Push Vol+ and Vol- and Power at the same time
2.) If you see the MI-Logo release ONLY the Powerbutton and wait
3.) With a little bit luck you are now entering TWRP
4.) If not, do not release Vol+ and Vol-, the Devicescreen went totally black
5.) Do not release Vol+ and Vol- and push now the Power Button
6.) If you see the MI-Logo release ONLY the Powerbutton and wait
7.) Then TWRP starts (for me)
8.) A few times i landed into the chinese menue, then push the recovery button, with a little bit luck you arrive TWRP
9.) If nothing helps, and the device starts normally, imho the process changes twrp back into the original recovery -- then flash twrp again and start from Point 1.)
NOTE!! If you enter TWRP the first time go to Advanced Settings and tap on --Disable DM-Verify-- .
After i disabled DM-Verify and flashed the Xiaomi.eu Rom the above worked for me without every time flashing twrp.
I worked 6 hours at this workaround

Glad buddy
Thanks, OP.
Just would like to confirm that disabling DM-Verify option does not make the phone go into Recovery/Bootloader mode via Advanced Power Options menu while the phone is ON.

rooted and working 5.1 won't show twrp in rec mode

I have rooted and working 5.1 with twrp installed.
when I go to recovery mode I get dead robot.
while seeing dead robot, I pressed pwr + volume up..
It gave me rec mode with options but TWRP isn't to be found in those listed options..
so the only restore option listed is to sideload an AB .. I need twrp..
twrp is working and installed for sure
the nexus toolkit installed it and I see it from the tool kit..
How can I use it?
thx
EDIT from play store, found twrp and reinstalled from play store.
device rec mode went into twrp directly without problem..
so please ignore post

Bootloop after Viper4Android

So I just rooted and got everything to work just fine (.33). Thought i'd smash in Viper4Android aswell.
The phone is now stuck on the logo with the red and two white dots.
I can get it to reboot with Vol+ and power, but the power-button does not let me go into recovery mode at all. It's like its disconnected.
Is there anything you can do to get into recovery/fastboot from here?
Also tried every single vol+powercombination with 0 results..
Thanks in advance.
What viper4android version did you install? And what Android version are you on?
If using Magisk 21> you should be able to hold down power button to boot into safe mode.
Hold power button and volume down and up at the same time, this should boot you into bootloader.
If you're on Android 10:
Boot into TWRP and remove module folder from data/adb/modules
Android 11 (or 10)
[Recovery][Stock OOS]Oxygen OS Stock recovery with ADB enabled
While waiting for a working TWRP for all those needful of the possibility to access their file system from recovery, e.g. for removing an offensive magisk extension preventing boot I repackaged the Stock OOS recovery but with ADB enabled...

Thanks for the reply.
I seem to have solved it (for now..).
I could not get any key to answer to my commands when i rebooted the phone (hence why i couldnt get into recovery etc.), it only went back to the loop after displaying the usual message about the bootloader being unlocked.
Holding down both volume-buttons and using the msm-tool i managed to get it back to OEM (with everything locked. Again. Lmao) so now i just gotta watch out when I install Viper again (if i do..).
Running Oxygen 11.0.3.3.IN11BA with the latest Magisk (I just patched it today)
Edit: I just used the Viper4Android that i found inside Magisk if that makes any sense.
I'll try your links and see if i have to re-flash again..
Cheers

Question Magisk on android 13 beta

I can't get magisk to work on android 13. after flashing the boot, I get a bootlap
I was able to fix it.
1) flash the stock boot and install the Magisk application (if removed)
2) press and hold the reset button, press "reboot to safe mode"
3) immediately press the power + volume down to get into fastut and prevent the phone from turning on
4) we get into fastubt
5) flash the patched magisk image, after that the phone should boot in safe mode
6) reboot the phone in normal mode
7) go to magisk and remove the "nothing mod" module
it was a surprise to me that even after deleting the Magisk application, the modules of the old modules cause a bootlap
