bro , i install ciro rom and i have this problem , u can download v1 full when release ....
It happens because he removed the update for now, for work more in. Then he will upload the final version.

Seems like ciro used things in his rom which weren't his. .
He used it without the permission of the devs from who he used the apps and so on
He basically broke the #1 rule on Xda..

I have market, you have to flash ICS gapps right after flashing ROM. I just need to retry with stock sbf, I am on mod-sbf. Or I will try to just fix sensor issue for mod-sbf

Been running it for the last couple of days... Its really fast and no issues with camera... only thing is I cant cant any google programs to work with it. I'll try to re-install it from an sbf. I get great battery life but that maybe cuz non of the google apps work... which may be a good thing.

Use the latest build from our XDA Dev DB. Do not use mirror links as it contains the build from April 30, 2014. The new build has RTL support for arabic and hebrew as well as bangla for indian users

RIL patch is already integrated in Hyperion 9. If you have this problem, it is either your baseband or your kernel.

I would not know where to begin to make a ROM! I'll leave that to the pros.
OTA installed, took 4 reboots I think and the first boot is taking a lllllllooooooooooonnnnggg time!
It's optimizing apps right now... all 309 of them.

first boot does take a long time, due to art
after that it should speed through every time
That's the thing with ART, when apps need to bu rebuilt, it takes a good 5-10 minutes... 240/309 now.

Animations are smooth, they just feel a bit slower than GPE but it's also just booting up.
Power menu hasn't changed, HTC backup seems completely gone.
