Hey guys,
Brought a 1050f yesterday, used the updater in android and it soft bricked my device, I can boot into droidboot still however. (Yay)
I've tried following multiple tutorials on how to restore it to factory default however they all don't work or have missing links to files (Broken).

(These are the tutorials I have tried, I have made sure it says Fastboot Starting when attempting to image it)
I've tried both using the Flash tool & Intel Platform flash tool. However the Intel flash tool times out on all it's interactions and the Flash Tool just runs for abit and then stops.
I am also able to get into droidboot however the restore feature does not work.
Is anyone able to provide a link to a working tutorial (Or help me via Teamviewer )

Can anyone please assist me?
Fixed, Instead of booting it into fastboot like all the tutorials say (power + up + down) just go into droidboot and flash it from there.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier.... Glad you got it though. I have all the files and old tutorials for the 1050f if you need in the future.

After my 1050F updated to Lollipop, I rooted it following the "All-In-One Guide" thread in this forum, the rooting was successful. Then I tried to downgrade to Kitkat by flashing some "flash.xml" file in Intel Flash Tool, but it failed. Now my 1050F cannot boot, it always stuck at the "Powered by Android" after I pressed the Power button.
Then I tried to flash a stock rom. I pressed Power + Volume up + Volume down, and tried several stock roms, both Lollipops and Kitkats, but all failed. The whole flashing record is:

Seems the failures are "wipe ESP"(though it is non mandatory) and "partitioning", but I don't know how to fix it. Now how can I rescue the pad from this semi-brick status? Hope answer. Thank you very very much.

So, my tab was working perfectly and it just went off. after leaving it for a few months, i decided to charge it and when i turned it on i get a flickering error message, it goes off and turns on with 'fastboot starting....'
So i did my research on it and i tried adb, fastboot commands - like reboot, continue...nothing worked. then i downloaded the flash tool got the appropriate drivers and installed them. but i keep getting this message

help, i don't know what to do
Hey folks
I ve some trouble with the yoga2 1050L of my parents.
How it started?
- from time to time it freezed
- after that a error message "sd broken" or something like that had been shown on the display
- but it worked for a while from that point
- since 2 weeks it doesnt boot anymore
- u can see the "LENOVO by Android", then it restarts --> loop
What did I try till now?
- moving to the recovery mode
- but all options (wipe and co.) ended/will end in the same error-routine (excepted "power off", there will be shown only 2 command lines)

- I googled, found some information (table-fail, emmc-fail and more)
- I tried 2 options
Option 1
- installing the intel usb driver, the intel phoneflashtool light (incl. ?dsx?-usb-mode-driver what ever) and the suggested rom "Lenovo_Yoga_Tablet_2_1050L_USR_S000215_150324"
- followed the guide, the start was good (efilinus, droidboot), then it timed out:

- on the tablet-display had been shown the following

- after I choosed the option in the flash-tool "Force Fastboot Parsing

- and after that the tablet switched to the recovery mode and showed the error-routine from "what did I try till now"
Cause of "boot image digital signature verification failed:0" I thought/think that I try to flash with the wrong ROM-Version,
Cause my Android System Recovery-window shows me "after using the restore kitkat bios 830-1050-v2-tool" "LRX22C.YT2-1050L_USR_S100346_1604081524_WW52ROW
Option 2
- I downloaded the "restore-kitkat-bios-830-1050-v2"-tool
- and it worked.
- after that I tried to flash the tablet with the known rom
- it seems that it works fine, cause on my tablet will be shown the message

*and after I disconnect it from the laptop after getting the "flash failed"-information and some waiting*

*but I couldnt do anything on my tablet for a while
- but the progressing in the flash tool shows at the end also a "flash failed".

Whats next?
- I ask for help, hope that someone has some ideas or an answer that shows me that there is nothing what I can do.
- after I disconnected the mini-usb from my tablet (cause the flash tool shows me the message "flash failed") the table shows me the known progressing-lines and

- Does anyone have some ideas/solutions?
- What does the "cant amount/load" mean? Cache fail?
- What does the "boot image digital signature verification failed :0" mean? (branded tablet?, wrong rom?)
- Couldt it be that there is a massive transport delay?
- What can I do next?
- I read something about an option using the sd-card to flash the tablet/firmware? is this an option?
