flash latest twrp recovery then flash the supersu zip and wipe. its worked or me.

If you already unlocked your boot-loader ZE550KL? then try those two files.

currently relock method not available.If you unlock you wont receive OTA.

I think if you reflash the stock recovery and ROM your bootloader is locked again. On my ZE500KL this is how is working!

You can still receive OTA when your bootloader is unlocked. The only time where you can't install OTAs is when /system was modified, regardless of the bootloader status

No. Cant find bootloader unlocker. no available for marshmallow yet.

Just Flash the “BETA-SuperSU-v2.67-20160121175247.zip” on TWRP and Reboot that’s it Goodluck

Will have to try this method... What about OTA..Can we apply OTA after updating SuperSU and its binaries or the phone gets into a bootloop??

ota upgrade and then repeat the procedure for the root?
But dont use the Backup/restore function in CWM. It doenst work and after restore you end in bootloop!

no, coz in this method you used a modified CWM recovery. On this website you have just an APK (?!) and by the way, why to made a survey to download SuperRoot.apk ? seriously where is the free sharing if it's not just a scam...

So easy
First u download recovery of ze500kl (twrp for 6.0 )
And download unlock boot.zip and copy to sdcard
2. Goto fastboot and in command of p.c and typing
Fastboot boot *name of twrp*.img
It auto go to twrp and now you find unlockboot and flash it, then reboot.
Then find super su.zip and flash it
.....

How did you unlock the bootloader before rooting? The unlocking app? If so what device model do you have because I know it only works on some models. It didn't work on mine. I had to root first then unlock the bootloader manually. ZE550KL MSM8939 3gb 720p

Yes, using the ZE600KL's unlocking tool. ZE550KL MSM8916
Unlocked since the age of stock Lollipop FW.

Just saying apparently these people asking these questions like how to root and how to unlock don't know these things. So just writing unlock bootloader doesn't really help unless you just want them to ask more questions. If you want to help give full instructions or a link to somewhere they can find instructions. Mine has been unlocked since LP too, I only saw stock MM on mine through back2stock just playing around.

Official Unlock boot loader was just released May 18 for ZC551KL, I just unlocked my phone and now have permanent message when phone is turned on that says; Your device has been unlocked and cannot be trusted.
No way to relock boot loader to flash stock ROM
Have to wait if there will be custom ROM or recovery made for this model, I cannot not find any custom ROM for this model, only stock ROM at the moment.
Any news of TWRP and root?
