Hello, everyone. My phone's power button doesn't work anymore, so I can turn on the cellphone. What can I do? Can I use adb reboot or flashboot reboot or some kind of commands?

For some reason, my phone will not reboot into Recovery anymore.. all it does, if lock up at the word HERO on power up.

My brother recently rooted his intercept. He was having several problems and finally it got to where it would not boot. He used SWUpdate and now the phone will not come on at all. If you hold certain buttons down it vibrates, and a voice command system comes up but that is it. We cannot get to download mode or recovery mode. Obviously we are nOObs and would appreciate any and all help. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I'm having a very difficult problem (For me atleast), but i will begin at the start:
When i bought my LG, my proximity sensor was corrupt. Every call i started, my phone immeadietly locked the screen.
So a few weeks ago, I flashed the KDZ from homero (P700 V10K+Root+CWM etc..). After that I was able to flash CM10 to my phone.
But this is where the problem starts, I wanted to fix the proximity sensor bug, so i added the following line to my build.prop:
"gsm.proximity.enable=false".
I did it like this:
adb pull /system/build.prop C:/ *Pulled my build.prop*
adb root *made sure i was having root access*
adb remount *to access the /system/*
adb push C:/build.prop /system/ *and it succesfully copied*
adb pull /system/build.prop C:/test.prop *to check if everything changed succesfully*
Then i rebooted my phone, and now it's bricked(Can't boot CWM, Can't boot CM10, can only boot to Emergency Mode, no ADB). Because it was such a small change, I don't have any backups, which is really frustrating. I have very, very important data on my phone, so I need to recover some files.
Does anybody have a solution to this problem? Please don't suggest anything related to ADB, cause even ADB won't find the device.

The solution:
- First of all remove your battery,
- Then press and hold the vol- key + power
- When the lights turn on, press the menu key.
- Release the power key when your lg vibrates
- Your in CWM
- Use a custom update script, there are plenty out there, to push your original build.prop.
- Reboot & everything's fine.:victory:
Just tried to use the (Homero v10k) KDZ, but when i use the KDZ_Updater, will i lose my data ? (When going from cm10 > v10k?).
KDZ_Updater crashes, but if anybody knows, I can try again.
Please help me, I really need some data on there.
Got KDZ_Updater to work, currently it's busy... I will edit this post, if it's back alive again, hopefully it will help other people with the same problem
EDIT:
Okaayy... KDZ Updater finished, phone still dead. It stays about an hour at the LG Logo (The animated one, so it's booting Android), can't manage to get to CWM.
Is it possible something in Homero's KDZ isn't right? I try to boot into CWM using the vol-+ buttons and the power button. After LG logo, i release the power button, still no result...
Could anybody, please, please help me? I can't live a day without my phone... (I don't care about the data anymore, almost everybody knows it, so it's alright... )

you need to flash the tablet by using this rom A3000_A422_011_022_140127_WW_CALL_FUSE this will remove any data on the tablet but it will solve this problem

I downloaded this firmware A3000_A422_011_022_140127_WW_CALL_FUSE and following http://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-a3000/development/rom-lenovo-ideatab-a3000-h-call-t2441135/page83 instructions on that link i installed every driver and laptop i borrowed for doing this is offten laggy so i heared a couple of times plugin in and out sound and while i was watching driver errors even that they were installed successfuly i stoped the SP Flash Tool and didn't notice that yellow bar was about 2/5 full and after that like before that it only shows "Searching". Someone said for driver that was buggin me i need to hold volume + and while holding it plug USB in and i installed driver that way but tablet won't start anymore, i tried reset button on the back. That tablet is my only computer please help me, what i can do?... Tried restart laptop but after restart i got unknown device when i plug in the tablet. Please help me somehow and if i miss the thread please move it. I didn't know where to put it.

I decided to try it for the last time and on my luck driver was installed by it self after i plugged the tablet and it wasn't unknown device. I think the solution is reset button on the back of tablet. Thank you anyway !

What can I do pleasey
Update: Now I tried to wipe data factory from recovery mood, the tap stopped while erasing and every time I try to open it , it open into animation for android and typing Erasing then the tap restart to the same animation, Help me please

You may flash the rom using SP flash

Good day , can anyone help me with my problem?
The first problem was my phone prompted, " Encryption Unsuccessful" and it says that I should factory reset so I did. When I install a new ROM, it was successful but whenever I try to reboot / Power off, It prompted , "No OS INSTALLED, Are you sure to Power OFF" its been a week but I can't find any solution. Hope you could help me. :crying: It's so depressing that I can't even fix my phone. I really need your advice guys. BTW, The TWRP is working and my phone reads my memory card.
