I reset, and the time to start asking for e-mail, only email I delete and I can not start the phone with another email he calls the previous User.

For and I was for me to have given a reset in the open, now I have to find a solution to reset and put a new gmail account.
reset it from recovery.
I believe you have to remove the previous owner's Google account manually before hard resetting the device, or it will keep asking for that particular email account, and it's useless without it. I had the same issue on another phone that I wanted to switch to another account, and by searching I found out that it's been like that since android version 5.1 for safety reasons.

Have you tried removing the account....re-booting and then re-adding the account?

EDIT: No problems with Whatsapp, no update Brick.
In this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2643041 from 10.02.2014 somebody got a softbrick after updating whatsapp on stock 4.1.2 !!!!
I got this update-notification yesterday too but will not install until is it confirmed as non-brick.
Did somebody install it without softbrick ???

Did you install the latest update v2.11.150 on RAZRi stock rom 4.1.2 ?

Mine is fine with v2.11.150. I don't see a way how an app update could brick a phone.
An App like WhatsApp can't brick the phone, it's just an assumption.
I hace an de and ut say that i have removed. My phone close apps my batery say that score is 10 percentage of my batery and all the time I have error with my phone.

apparently the update was wrong, I tried with the Verizon Update assistant, download the same firmware, installed it and I do not repair the inconvenience. There is some way to repair it without sending it to the technical service.
