I use package disabler and wanted to see if there were any new updates so I enabled the update packages and checked for updates. It found an update but I believe this is the update that was release a month or two ago for all the new S7 edge devices, which would mean it's asking me to install the update twice. What's going on?

I am on Nougat beta and unable to install GameTools for some reason. It used to be available on the Galaxy App Store but for some reason it no longer is. I was able to acquire a couple of APKs for it online, a different version each, but it fails to install.
Any ideas?

I have noticed there are newer updates available and I was wondering if I will gain advantage by installation the newest firmware. Is there a change log I can look at?
My current MCI version is MTCE_KLD_V2.73_1.
