Is there a System UI Tuner present in the 6.0 firmwares, and if so, how do I access it?
Does anybody knows about systemui tuner activating on ale l21....???
System ui tuner does not work on EMUI (at least on huawei p8 lite). Flash AOSP-based ROM if you want to use ui tuner.

What is the simplest way of doing this ? Let's say without Xposed.

In fact, sorry to inform you that, the XZ SystemUI is not compatible with LP, while you can achieve a nearly identical clone by editing SystemUI or applying an overlay, but that will take a whole lot of work to do...
