[Q] Lollipop Update

I am having samsung galaxy s5
SM-G900H Unlocked Version India
Can i install lollipop update of poland on smg900h.
And can i receive further updates in India.
Can i flash lolipop via odin method.

Lolipop update that came out in poland is the sm-g900F version so its the snapdragon one.dont flash that on ur sm-g900H because the parts are different.if you find a lolipop update that is for the sm-g900H then you can flash that through odin and you wont be tripping knox ?
I installed the polish version on my phone in the uk because its sm- g900F

Installing a g900f build on a g900h is the best way to obtain a very expensive paper weight.

No you definitely cannot!
even though its only one letter difference, you may as well install an S4 firmware on an S5 for how incompatible the roms are.

I have a rooted s5 with (ithink it's not stock rom) because I haven't got the update . is there's any way to update it safely and have root

Install stock rom and if your model is available you will get the update.

Options:
A:Backup your data. Open kies. Go to firmware recovery. And the rest is the history.
B: Backup your data. Download your country's rom from sammobile. Flash it via odin.

Im currently on Stockrom 5.1 but rooted my phone. There is now Marshmallow for my model available so my question is, do i need to unroot my phone before flashing Marshmallow ?

Not familiar with your model, but I am pretty sure that if you flash stock MM in Odin you'll lose root anyway. You can of course root later.

need help for new user in samsung s5 SM-900H

Hlo im new in galaxy s5 nd i need help bcoz i heard that before flashing any rom we have to flash bootloader nd modem through odin..soo plz guys suggest me some safe steps before installing any rom...im in stock 6.0.1..nd suggest me some roms with fingerprint support...thnx

if you are in lollipop and flash'll mm .... YES .... you got it to flash bl and modem

Im in stock 6.0.1....so i have to firstly flash modem nd BL nd then flash any rom ?

Look in galaxy note 3 exynos android development.
To root, use cf autoroot.
