Can you get into download mode? If you can, plug it in and try rooting again. I believe you are not supposed to run Kies when you are in the middle of rooting though...

[Q] Can't flash I9500 stock rom?

So here's a run down of what has happened:
1) My phone prompts me to upgrade to 4.3
2) Following the update, the phone boots but is unresponsive; (just keeps on saying that app has crashed)
3) Tried to go into recovery mode, but it didn't
4) Used the Kies Emergency Firmware Upgrade method but it stopped and said that an error has occured
5) Now my phone is in a state where booting brings me to an error message that says "Firmware Upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again"
I have already tried to use Odin to flash a stock rom onto it several times already. I used both 3.04 and 3.07 versions with the 4.22 ser and 4.3 ser roms and they have all failed at Nand write or Can't open the serial(COM) port. or etc.
I've been browsing the forums for a day now and no help. Do you guys have any suggestions?
(I can still enter download mode.)
Bump.
Does anyone have any alternative methods other than flashing stock with Odin until it works? I'm just getting fail messages

Failed modem flash bricked Note 4 SM-N910G

I was trying to flash a modem/bootloader for my phone after the initial flash of a new ROM and the Odin failed to flash the modem and my phone is now stuck in a
" Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & Try Again. "
However, Kies doesn't recognise my device (I use a custom ROM before the one I was trying to flash as well) and I cannot do anything to my phone right now. What do I do? I cannot even get it into recovery mode to restore my phone or try to flash the modem again.
I tried the Kies emergency recovery mode but my phone is not displayed there and it says my phone isn't compatible with Kies 3, so trying the normal samsung Kies right now.
Anyone with a recovery code for the Samsung N-910G?
Need some help please!
EDIT: Solved the problem by flashing the modem and bootloader again and works this time round.

Can you give me debrick img from yaou n910g. Pleas help me... My phone dead boot.

failed Odin flash.. Now can't go into DOwnload mode

so my Galaxy Grand prime was stuck at boot Logo. I tried to flash it using Odin with a Firmware from Sammobile and it failed in the process.
Now I can't go into download mode. The error reads:
" AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE UPDATING THE SOFTWARE. USE THE EMERGENCY RECOVERY FUNCTION IN THE SMART SWITCH PC SOFTWARE"
I downloaded Kies and it says:
" THE CONNECTED DEVICE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY KIES. IF AN ERROR Has OCCURRED WHILE UPDATING THE FIRMWARE USE THE FIRMWARE EMERGENCY RECOVERY MODE"
so when I tried firmware emergency recovery mode it asks for model and S/N number. which keis rejects by saying it is not correct. Also, the device does not show up in the space where devices which need software update appears.
Any ideas ?:crying:
