Lenovo K4 note Marshmallow Bugs.. - Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Questions & Answers

Hi all dear friends I am Sudheer Kabeer
I must Buy a Lenovo K4 note and already I am a Android programmer.
I was using the phone with stock ROM and Just updated to Marshmallow.
There I got many bugs on the update
1. The WhatsApp messenger didn't record any voice or we can't make calls via WhatsApp.
2. Many more applications running background and we can't stop it (also full 1.8 to 2.4 GB RAM always)
3. We can't get any rooting method till now so we can't stop or block the ads and it's irritating always.
4. We can't use calling device in mesanger eyltc also the applications don't send any voice to the receiver.
I am tried many ways to fix the voice (mice not working problem in applications.) Problem in applications.
Setted the apps permission always allowed but till now I can't record any voice by WhatsApp or mesanger. Only I can use the stock recorder for record voice and it's working perfectly.
Dear all now I am downgrade to lollypop.
If someone can help please start a talk here.
Also I have the all updates and Roms( lollypop 147 to 152) till realesed including the Marshmallow official update.
I am happy to share this with all of you. Hope a help will reach soon to fix the mice issue in Marshmallow....

Thanks for your prompt response.
Is it necessary to flash s147? If so, does this involve wiping data and how can I do so?

Did you install the latest update v2.11.150 on RAZRi stock rom 4.1.2 ?
Mmmm no, I have the 2.11.163
Enviado desde mi IdeaTabA1000-F mediante Tapatalk
Mine is fine with v2.11.150. I don't see a way how an app update could brick a phone.
An App like WhatsApp can't brick the phone, it's just an assumption.

XT1034 received 4.4.3 OTA

Updating.
My device is unlocked. Flashed first opening screen before and after this update it turns back to unlocked warning message.
It is rebooting now:laugh:
It updated some apps:
Google Talkback
Cloud Print(Awesome, it can be updated now)
Motorola Gallery(I need a notification bar)
A new phone app(still uses that old icon)
It seems running faster than before.
It still rooted.
OTA support is repaired, you won't see a unremovable notification any more. You can remove your USB drive safety. They might improved OTA keyboard support.
I got it too, can i update with root or should i restore 4.4.2 ?

Yup. My xt1032 just got a notification for the 4.4.3 update. I don't know if it will still work because I have a custom recovery.

Actually, your search links to modified, pre-rooted, stock kernels. I think the questioner was looking for a flashable true stock kernel that comes with coj5 -- unmodified. I haven't been able to find one either, although I suppose it could be extracted from the stock rom -- if I knew how!
I can't found a link for coj5 oficial 910c

When you say the bootloader is locked what exactly do you mean? Do you just mean you can't downgrade the bootloader.

Not that I'm aware of. All articles I have read say that fastboot is the only method on our device.
Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
No... A computer is required to unlock and install TWRP. Something with working fastboot, so even an ancient P4 with Linux will work, you don't need anything special.
