Now here its easy for me to reply , did u try changing your sim ??
also did you have mms working on any version of this port ?? that makes it easier for me to scroll through the changes i made .

Bugs that I've noticed.
1. Camera doesn't take landscape photos. It doesn't even rotate landscape but only portrait.
2. SoundAlive doesn't seem to have any effect on music both on speaker and earphones.

1. Use N3 camera , i am trying my best to fix s5 camera
2. Use MUSICFX from Sound Settings instead of Soundalive

For sound alive try using audioeffects.conf from stock note3 rom and push/perm to system/vendor/etc

It works.
Clear solution is
Copy audio_effect.conf from
system/vendor/etc of a stock N9005 ROM
To
system/vendor/etc of this s5 ROM.

You lost root access most likely from the upgrade you did. Look for superuser app and if you don't have it then use towelroot to root your device then install superuser. Also DONT start these threads in development which this is clearly not. This would be considered Q&A.

As posters above have already suggested, you lost root because you accepted an upgrade. Now you need to re-root your phone. You can either update SuperSu or look for a Towel root guide thread.
And please use full sentences next time. This is a forum, not a SMS message.

You can still root with CF Auto Root. This will trip KNOX though.

just now i tried this method after completting all process im able to access app which need rooting permission
bt root checker is showing

Flash this file http://download.chainfire.eu/402/CF-Root/CF-Auto-Root/CF-Auto-Root-k3g-k3gxx-smg900h.zip if you have the G900H Exynos variant with Odin and you should be rooted, Disable Kies in windows task manager and enable usb debugging first.

Ha, ha, ha ... the user has a SM-G900H ... which is Exynos variant of the S5 ... and not supported by Towelroot AFAIK.

No, there is no problem with yr device, sometimes they roll out the update gradually for different set of serial numbers for stability test etc.

Hi guys just as the title says i have created a thread for anyone who has signed up to the new UK beta group recently posted by samsung on twitter.

I signed up around a hour ago and it can take up to 24hours and I'm using the UK BTU firmware.

I can't find the galaxy care app in the playstore. I'll try finding an apk later.
These forums are so dead and samsung stopped giving out the monthly builds they were doing.
Finally something is moving again.

The best place to download the galaxy care app is from the built in Samsung Apps application.

Do you think this is just unlocked s6's or network locked models? I'm on Vodafone and can't the care app. It says my model is not compatible

They'll need unlocked handsets as they are bypassing carrier stuff.

It's for unlocked models only, just flash the latest btu firmware do your research first you will still be able to use it on your network etc it just removes all the bloatware

The ROM is in chongqing, China pomfret author a ROM development is very good, but the author has stopped updating, smooth, save electricity.
Special can't use 1, fingerprints, FPC can use.
2, sensors, everything is ok.
3, camera work normally
4, 2 seems special probability power battery May 2 when power supply drop
