I installed ROM- "CM12.1 CyanogenMod 12.1 ROM For Lenovo A6000/Plus (Bug-less) UPDATE 8".
and after installing ROM and update 8 too as well, all previous bugs stated earlier that are fixed by developer still there in my phone.
please tell after installing the ROM Should I apply all the updates from 1 - 7 also. If yes please provide the links

camera issue

I am facing issue with camera, when I click the photos it saved at blank black picture. I used alternate camera which are working fine but camera quality is not good as in default lenovo camera app

Yea... it sounds weird but that app fixed the issue for me.

I have tried different Snap camera app pulled from CM13, but they all have missed the panorama feature. Now I managed to pull a working Snapdragon Camera with panorama feature from CM13. Tested on CM12.1-HHCAF and LG G2 with CM12.1, maybe it will work on other ROMS too (Just let me know if its working on your device).
Instructions:
1. Download the zip file.
2. Copy the entire "Snap" folder to your /system/app/.
3. Set the proper permissions.
4. Reboot your device. Enjoy!
P.S. I can't make a flashable zip at the moment as I don't have the updated tools to sign it. If someone can make a flashable zip, please feel free to do so and let me know so I can add it at the OP. Thanks guys!

This camera are awesome! Works fine un Z1C CM12.1 but... When i try to switch to frontera camera or video ... A f***ing black screen appear, the app was working and take photos and videos, but i cant see what im recording any idea?

No. It have just English and Chinese
I tried this yesterday. Only English and 3 chinese languages.
Works good, only recorded videos are not saved. Camera works fine.
Has some chinese apps pre-installed, but can be easily freezed with titanium.
Yeah a new rom, and it is a Cyanogenmod one ! I'll try it as soon as I can I'm happy that the developper community is active with the redmi 3
Thats a shame there is no other language. Could anyone please try using "More Locale" app from Google Play Store?
Using this rom for two days. Fast and nice Rom. A few preinstalled apps unistalled with system app remover. Only led is not blinking :crying: only lighting. Battery life looks a little worse with compare to Miui.

So far, just that video doesn't record (which affects other builds), I haven't tested the IR blaster though as I don't use it.

I tested IR - works fine with my MI TV2. Didn`t try on another devices

This rom has the same issue as all the cm 13.0 rom for redmi 3
1. Overheating of phone, especially when the phones boots up
2. Screen lock and unlock implementation is broken, phone will restart if u unlock the screen
3. Flashing gapps will break the camera (Don't flash gapps if u want to use the camera)
4. Bundling of china apps (eg. Games, Marketplace, 360 browser, etc)
5. IR blaster doesn't not work
6. Video recording doesn't not work

I did a clean install. I wipe system, dalvik, cache, data and internal storage using twrp everytime before installing the rom.
And no, installing gapps did break the camera. I installed the lastest opengapps package (pico package) for android 6.0 (arm64). I got a 'Connect To Camera Error' and was unable to access the camera apps.
The camera work fine when I just install the rom without the opengapps package.
I can confirm that there is nothing wrong with the camera hardware in my phone as my camera work again after I restored the backup image of my phone (which ran the Cofface cm 12.1 rom) using twrp.
But to be fair, I encountered the same problems when I tried the other cm 13.0 roms as well.
With the OnePlus2 camera found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/one...pp-hydrogen-os-camera-port-oneplus-2-t3264013 it saves videos :victory: :victory: but audio is muffled and when recording, the video preview on screen is "out of phase", but definitively a big step further!

Regarding PixelMaster Camera, I want to set the default storage as SD Card but after I choose it, it goes back to internal storage. I am using original CyanogenMod 13. My unit is ZE550KL or 5.5s Laser 3gb/32gb variant. Thanks in advance!

Try installing the play store version.
Its working for me using cm13 latest nightly and the play store version of PixelMaster.
Everything seems to work fine for me
the flashlight is not working from the notification pull down menu but works with a third party app
the icons in trebuchet launcher drawer are apearing more towards left side see the ss at below links

im on cm 14.1 and flashed the stock GAPPS and camera and video work fine for me
I'm not able to access my downloads, screenshots and other media files using apps like whatsapp, Snapchat etc,. But I'm able to access the ones that got saved before I switched to this rom. I didn't have this issue on resurrection remix or the other stock ones. Weird.

those users who came from marshmellow based custom rom to this nougat based rom are facing some problems like yours and other problems like not able to set fingerprint lock for multiple fingers ( more than one ).
i flashed this rom after updating to the nougat soak test version and other users who did this are not facing much issues. one more thing this rom is still under alpha stage so we shoult be patient bcoz the developers are working on it

Anyway, I don't mind living with this as long as the updates can fix it. Have any idea about that?

Still can't take a picture from within the Hangouts App. Have to take the picture using the camera and then send it from Hangouts.

My mom has an essential phone on stock. She is currently updating it (finally) to Q. She has always complained that the stock camera app is blurry when taking pics while zoomed in (but not when zoomed out). Is this a known common issue and of it is do any of the GC ports address this?
