After factory resetting Gionee Elife E7 I am not able to download apps from playstore. It just shows downloading and then in the notification bar it would show paused. I have tried resetting 3-4 times but it still did not work. Please help!
Same happened to me... After a week it restart to download. For a week, I tried everything following the tutorial in Internet, I tried also Google play installer, but without luck. I flashed 3 different rom, but only with aosp it worked..... Now it work perfect magically!

I have a Google Nexus 7 running JellyBean 4.2.2. It is not rooted.
I updated the device about a month ago and everything was going fine until the day before yesterday.
Whenever I download anything from the Play Store, the application does not download. It just keeps showing 'Downloading' without any progress. The download does not start.
Everything else is working just fine. there is plenty of space on the device. I am able to browse the net, download and install apps from outside the playstore.
I have searched many threads on this and other sites but could not find a solution.
These are the things that I have already tried but they did not work for me:
1) Cleared Cache and Data for Playstore in settings>apps.
2) Uninstalled updates for Playstore.
3) Rebooted the device many times.
4) Deleted my Google account and tried with another Google account.
5) Switched on and off my WiFi couple of times. ( My Internet is working absolutely fine! )
Any help/suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Dude i am also facing the same problem for last few weeks....contacted google support...they asked me to talk to my ISP, but he also doesnt have a clue... i can download apps once in a while but most of the times it jus stucks and sits there...really annoying (Nexus7,India)..I can see ur also from india..Wonder if its a regional thing ?

My new note 4 duos that i ordered from China does the same thing. I had canadian note 4 before and it worked fine. but on the note 4 duos, after rooting, text messages send slow and the play store takes 10 -15 minutes per app to install. it will download the first 80-90 percent in seconds then take up to 15 minutes to install to install the rest.
ive tried everything so far to fix it. the only thing that works is reonstalling stock OS, but as soon as I root it starts happening again. i need root.

I am unable to download files from any web browser,They all say download unsuccessful.
I can however download apps through play store. Browsing websites is working okay.
i tried : reset to factory setting but zero result, Then I tried to flash the phone (D80230A_00) 5.0.2 ver. result is zero. cleared data of download manager, and play store no result.

after installing twrp my zuk z1 wont open play store resularly says "unfortunately google play services has stopped" wont allow me to signup in google account whenever i try the connecting process goes like forever so i removed twrp and recover to stock rom downloaded frol official cm site but the problem still occuring unable to use playstore also im not able to hard reset whenever i try it from settings it just reboots normally and unable to go in recovery mode plz help me with it
Hello Friends, My Spice MI 498 H Suddenly started giving Google App Stopped error, I did to factory reset to it, but same issue. Tried wipe factory data. But nothing worked. Same error is coming. Even play store, Camera icons are missing. I tried installing apk file of camera, play store but it i am getting unknown file type error.
Downloaded OTA file from https://forum.xda-developers.com/cr...-general/ota-android-one-marshmallow-t3225311 but update not working giving error as newer file is already installed.
Tried flashing it using SP flash tool but it is not detecting my phone without battery, upon connecting battery it goes to charging mode. Visited mobile repairing shop for same they said there maybe hardware issue as instead of showing com port mobile is going to charging mode.
Kindly help me guide to solve google app stopped error. And issue with SP flash tool not detecting phone.
