[HELP] Xposed Framework Installation for Note 4 V5.0.1. - Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey,
I've recently Root my Samsung galaxy note 4, I wanna install Xposed framework. I've Seen a lot of method On internet for Android version 5.O.1. They ask to flash some zip file but I didn't wanna boot loop my device (although I've TWRP installed with backup of System). So, if anyone have it's experience, Kindly let me know the method to flash xposed on my Note 4.
My Galaxy Note 4 Model is
SM- N910G running on android 5.0.1 as stated.
Thank You.

Note 3 N900S CF-Auto-Root on android 4.4 (kitkat)

I have Note 3 N900S And I already upgraded it to android kitkat , I used the old root file(CF-Auto-Route provided by chainfire ) and when I flash using Odin it says "Recovery is not Seandroid Enforcing" and keep boot looping And I must flash the original kitkat stockrom to get the note working , so I need a root file that can root n900s on android 4.4.2 kitkat, please help and sorry for my bad English
Note:chainfire update the old CF-Auto-Route file to work on android 4.4.2 kitkat but for N9005 only
You can't use CF autoroot on the Korean KK bootloaders because they are different from the international one.
Flash CWM usin Odin from here http://d-h.st/rZq, then get root with SuperSu (http://download.chainfire.eu/382/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip) through CWM. Remember to take a backup of your system before you do this, though!
Thx
Thanks for your reply I will try and feedback the results
I owe you man
Thank you very much jisoo Now I can have rooted apps on android 4.4.2 , you saved me special Thx to you :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:

galaxy note 4 s-lte(SM-N916L)

Does anyone know about this model? No one seems to know..
I have one problem. At the moment there are several ways to root galaxy note4, including philz recovery and cf auto root. However, as far as i know it works for only note4 model sm-n910 line. However in korea, upper model for n-910 is released, known as sm-n916 line. Both model have the same hardware and software specs, the only difference is their network connection specs. (N916 has faster and improved data lte connection) . Now the problem is that i have n916 model, and rooting for this device does not work with the method that can root n910 model. I thought it would work because everything software and hardware specs are the same. I am really frustrated because i cant root ㅜ.ㅜ
It's only been a month or twice since its release. The exact model is SM-N916L(LG U plus phone carrier. Alphabet that comes after 916 represents differet phone carriers. S is for skt, and K is for Kt, L is for Lg uplus). It is a upper model for SM-N910L galaxy note 4. You can see that SM-N910L model is present in autoroot([email protected]@eu) but not the upper model SM-N916L. Any ways i could help the developers to enable rooting for this device? perhaps finding you the stock firmware? Demand for this device than previous note4 n910 will increase. Really hope to root this device.
Could i get any help? (Btw i am living in korea using korean model). Really willing to donate if i could root this model!
hope i can get a reply as soon as possible. Have a good day~

The recoveries were never meant for Marshmallow since those devices were running Android Lollipop.
The Android Marshmallow update for those devices had come out much later on.

[Q] Rooting Canadian Note 3 Lollipop 5.0 N900W8 (N900W8VLU2DOC4)

Hi guys,
as the title says I need to root my Canadian Note 3 Lollipop 5.0 N900W8 (N900W8VLU2DOC4).
So far I saw this post, do you think it will work before I even try out because I am scared to brick my phone.
Any help with files links are appreciated. I know chainfire haven't come up with 5.0 for Canadian note 3. Please help if there is any other alternative to root it.
Thank you all!!!
I can confirm that I flashed TWRP on a stock 5.0 N900W8 (Bell) via Odin, but I did not root. I tried, but the SuperSU I installed didn't take. If I had seen the post you linked to, I would have tried that file, though.
For me, without Xposed, I don't see a reason to root. Maybe once they get a functional non alpha version up and going I might go back. I just disable and hide the bloat.
I used Xposed before too, so you saying Xposed doesn't work with Note 3 Lollipop rooted ?
Moreover I wish someone can input more to this thread to atleast I can root it for now and then when Xposed become compatible I will install that.
My main reason to root is to install Adblocker via Xposed framework.
Thanks

According to the official Xposed thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
"Known issues:
- It seems to boot loop on Samsung stock ROMs"
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news... But they are working on it. If it's that important you can always try a different ROM
Thanks for the reply!, I guess after rooting I can always goto another custom ROM, but will miss touchwiz.
All I want to accomplish is good adblocking, which I found xposed did good job.

So, there isn´t a safe way yet to root the n900w8? I have this version, but I'm from Mexico, my bootloader is N900W8UBU2DOE4, I don't know if this makes a difference about the rooting process...
Hope you can help me.

I had some memory issue and had to do an update, which took out my root as well. I can't root it either. :crying:

Xposed framework for the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo

hello guys,
I've just rooted my Galaxy S5 Neo and installed the TWRP recovery, but i have no idea if installing xposed framwork is safe to do for the Galaxy S5 Neo. On this tread they say it may cause a boot-loop on samsung devices. Can someone say if it's safe to do or not?

Sure it is safe to install as long as you are able to recover from a bootloop Most likely wanam's Xposed version will work on your device if you meet all requirements to install his version. This part about "may cause a bootloop" is just a disclaimer for people that aren't familiar with flashing, recovery and bootloops.
Download the correct Xposed files from wanam's thread, place them onto your device's SD card (or internal storage if no SD card is available), boot into recovery, do a full backup of your system and then flash Xposed. Don't forget to wipe cache&dalvik afterwards. Then reboot and check if you are one lucky guy. The first boot after flashing Xposed may take a while (up to 10 minutes), so ensure you won't run out of battery during this time.
If you get a bootloop, reboot back to recovery and restore your backup.

In case you are on stock TouchWiz firmware or a custom ROM based on TouchWiz, you need to install wanam's version from here.
If you are running CyanogenMod or any other non-TouchWiz ROM, then you can use the official version from here.
My S5 Neo is rooted with Magisk and there are moduls from exposed to install, but it wont work to install it.
What can I do to install Xposed Framework on my S5 Neo with Magisk? Will it work?
