I need help bypassing the authorisation for usb debugging on an LG G2 [unrooted] - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I have an LG G2 with a broken screen. You can still view the screen but the digitiser is broken so I can't use the phone's touchscreen. I bought a micro usb to usb otg adapter which I can use with a mouse to control the phone.
I want to root the phone and I have everything that I need and I know exactly how to root the phone. The only problem is that I have to trust my computer for usb debugging. I have turned on usb debugging using the mouse and the otg adapter but when I plug the usb cable into my phone and connect it to my computer, I obviously can't use the mouse. The confirmation then comes up asking whether or not I want to trust the computer but I can't press "yes" because the digitiser is broken. I was wondering if there is a way to bypass the authorisation confirmation so that I can root my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

USB host mode support? Is this a bad question?

Does anyone care to look into a patch or addition to the software or kernel to allow usb host support? I think that the hardware supports usb host, but the software removes compatibility because when I plug in a Playstation 3 controller it the 4 lights on the front flash, and it charges, but nothing happens on the the phone as well as when I plug in a usb flash drive or the otg cable itself the message for USB host mode does not pop up.. I have looked for a sulution for this but couldn't find one. Any help, or an answer to what this means would be great!
Thanks
By the way, this is a rooted 306sh
never mind, i got it working

Won't recognize USB stick

I can connect my V20 to a Windows PC via USB cable, and transfer files back and forth. I had to pick something on a menu the first time I plugged in the phone.
However, if I plug a USB stick directly into the V20, it does not recognize it, or respond at all. My friend plugs the same USB stick into his V10 and an app pops up and shows the folders.
I'm using a micro-USB to USB-C adapter on the stick to plug into the V20. I know the adapter works, because I tested it when connecting to the PC.
I have searched settings for "USB" and it only comes up with USB tethering.
This is an AT&T stock phone, using the stock launcher. No root or anything.
Any idea how to get the USB recognized on the V20? Thanks.
it might be that the USB host function doesn't work with those adapters. have you tried plugging in a USBC to USB adapter and plugging a flash drive into that?
something like this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...rd_wg=lSGR4&psc=1&refRID=PMHQ664PCAEK6DN5N95J
or this

I've tried the same thing without success. My note 3 & 4 worked fine. I also had a Note 7 and Nexus 6P and it didn't work with those either.
has there been any advancement on this issue?
Did anyone find the answer to this? My V20 used to boot up a USB stick but just stopped working one day.

Samsung S5 with Damaged Screen and Touch

please help me!
I have an Samsung S5 with android 6 marshmallow and after a fall the screen and the touch did not work more and I need to unlock the device in order to save my data and contacts.
I need a program that can access the phone or that I can draw the unlock pattern or even disable the lock.
Can you help me? thank you
Please remember that I can not see anything happening on the screen ...
Do you have a USB OTG cable? If so you can plug in a USB mouse/keyboard combo and try to unlock the device by memory. O
nce you do this, if you have a bluetooth mouse, try pairing that to the phone. You should be able to view your phone on a screen using an MHL adapter if you have one.
Other option would be much easier if you have USB debugging enabled. If you have usb debugging enabled, then connect the device to your computer. You should be able to use adb commands to transfer over the data you require.
Unfortunately I can not see anything on the screen so it will be impossible to use an OTG adapter and mouse to draw the unlock pattern ... and unfortunately the USB debug mode is disabled ...
Any other ideas? Any software that can remove the lock?

Data Recovery From Ph-1 with non-fruntioning screen

My PH-1's screen died randomly and I'm trying to get my data off of it. Yes I know, shame on me for not regularly backing things up. I reached out to Essential and they suggested I purchase a HDMI to usb-c cable. When plugging in the cable on my replacement device everything looks great, but unfortunately the screen is oddly cropped when plugging in my old broken phone.
So, I'm looking for some help on how I might be able to get all my data off with my laptop. My current challenges are that the phone is locked and since I restarted the phone, my fingerprint isnt sufficient. I don't have debugging enabled nor do I have bootloader. I did enable developer options at some point before the screen went black though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without USB debugging (ADB) and a locked BL, your options don't really exist.
If the digitizer still works you might be able to plug the phone into a screen and unlock it and see enough to enable USB debugging.

Is it possible to plug into a computer or only a tv? I plugged it into three different TV's, but every time the projected image of my phone was cropped and incomplete. I'm not able to see the entire numeric keyboard, but think I might be able to estimate if I could use a mouse.
I purchased two mice. One regular old USB mouse and a Bluetooth dongled mini remote keyboard with touchpad (h9). The USB mouse isn't recognized at all by the tv. The mini keyboard is recognized by the tv and I'm able to use it in Netflix ECT but when I'm connected to the phone in HDMI mode it displays a little message saying "not supported" when I try to use it. The tv is a Samsung smart TV that's about a year and a half.
Am I missing anything? Some other way of controlling the phone while plugged into the tv or a way connecting it to my PC and controlling it with my PC?

When I plug my phone into a monitor the monitor will rotate and the phone scales the display.
I'm using a cheap TopGeek adapter I got from Amazon.
Once you get the display stuff figured out. You should be able to unlock on the phone.
Then you can go in and enable developer debugging for ADB.
Or you can then pair a mouse and keyboard via Bluetooth.

For some reason my tv isn't scaling the display of my old phone but does with my replacement. Are you using a computer monitor? And are you able to plug a mouse into the monitor to control the phone?

Not sure wh one would scale and the other would not.
I'm using a computer monitor.
My monitor does not support USB order HDMI. It's not a native USB-C monitor,
