Boot verification failed, Secure boot error. FIX - G3 General

So many of us was at this point sometimes, maybe due to knowledge is poor, maybe its just glitches, but we all make mistakes, cause we are humans. So humans wanna show you how to fix your LG G3 D855 model when you get errors like : -Secure boot error (mostly due to wrong recovery flash,as far i know, you will correct me if am wrong anyway)
- Boot verification failed.
In both scenarios you cant access recovery or download mode. Phone just reboots and screen gone black with LED blinking red and blue to the eternity. I am here to help u restore your phone to former condition.
I take no credits for this , cause i just reuploaded files, and rewriten text and everything , cause old post on has been deleted and i cant find it anywhere, but i still got the files in my PC.
Just download all the files in folder at Drive, and folow instrucions given as they are. BTW there are pictures, so u can do it wrong only if u are ...u know.
Dont hold me responsible for any damage on your device. I tryed this metod about 10 times in a row, so i am confirming that it works.
This metod dont require you to short anything, its just click-click-click, connect...you get it .
Sorry cause my grammar, but my English is little rusty since i wasnt using it in a really long time.
Good luck people!

KDZ file which you put in flashtool folder : http://oceanhost.eu/dsqnjfke3ueq/D85520H_00.kdz.htm

Important. What about refurbished g3, flashing wrong kdz will cause a super brick, first off all check the variant from the motherboard or just on the back of phone.

boot verification Fail !!! - Cause: MISMATC SIG LEN
I had a problem s LG g3 d850: after trying to flash rikaveri phone is not charged and does not go into the kind of rekaveri oshybki boot verification Fail !!! - Cause: MISMATC SIG LEN, after etoj inscriptions tolto indicator flashes blue krasnіm i . Help how to get back in aparata robochem state.
Tried your method does not poluchaetsa can be detailed instructions ? On the phone firmware 6.0

Guys one thing to be kept in mind.most of refurbished d855 doesn't come d855 board.so such errors arise because of wrong model of recovery flashing.so confirm your model by opening your phone and looking at the board.

What OS do you use ? Try to disable driver signing at starting your pc . Then reinstall drivers, restart PC, then pull battery out, conect device, and then insert batery . Should work .

Thank you so much! What would I do without you

Got "Boot verification failed" when I got into the secret menu and tried to do "device test".
I got Fulmics 6 ROM installed and the device failed for some reason to load the MiniOS (used by the "device test").
Wasted about 5 hours until I got to this post.
This post was so useful I almost cried out of joy.
THANKS!!!
EDIT:
mirrored the files in dropbox:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vn71zlrooyxe73d/AAABVAXEfYSQPlHhOLFql51Ra

For some reason the BoardDiag available here didn't work for me. It would always says "Serial port open FAILED".
I tried with willcracker version and it worked. You can download from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-fix-hard-brick-recovery-guide-t3132359

Just a few questions before I begin, I'm obviously... u know :
1. First, I install the drivers. In what state should the phone be in when I connect it to the PC? Probably in the only possible state, that means with the screen blank and the red and blue leds blinking, correct?
2. Do I have to remove the battery before connecting the phone?
3. Flashing the last partition, sbl1, causes the phone to reboot, right? So, in the last step when flashing the kdz, does the phone have to be in download mode?
Thanks!

Np bro.

Please help me. I have installed all drivers but my G3 D855 is not getting detected by my pc. My pc is running on Windows 7 64bit. Please help me..!

in case anyone is bothering with this in 2020+ on windows10, i did run into a few hiccups and managed to boot a 'bricked' phone I bought for 50 eur
1. Only install the approproate driver for your windows architecture of QDLoader
2. If LGFlashTool2014 is demanding mfc100.dll, you need to install a Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, yes, the x86 one: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
3. If after launching LGFlashTool2014 once, then closing, then launching again it doesn't turn on, you need to follow these steps: go to C:\Users\<YourWindowsUsername>\AppData\Local\Temp and delete everything you can, these are temporary files that programs on your pc store, they're not important, but LGFlashTool2014 for some reason makes some files that prevent it from launching
Since then the phone crashed a few times so I understand now how it got bricked, a faulty motherboard most likely, going to try baking it as described here: https://redd.it/5e0nx7 but this is irrelevant to the thread and just here for anyone stumbling upon in the distant dystopian future

Very informative post.

[Q] Help rooting lg e400

Hi, i have a lg e400 which i try to root it.
First time ( after bought it) i could root with spectrum, i installed cwm and after ICS. After that i want back to my gingerbread and i installed with KDZ ( got firmware from romania ) and it works.. somehow ( i want mean here, after the kdz installed it had freeze and not responding and windows request me to close it) .. Now after this i can`t root again with spectrum, i tried with super one click, i tried to install another firmware with kdz ( but the same problem, it freeze and windows requires to close it ) and after that i can`t root
At super one click freeze and stay in this situation hours
At KDZ you have attachement
I have now android version 2.3.6
Build number: GRK39F
Software version: V10k-AUG-08-2012
Baseband version: MSM7225A-1-AA
Kernel Version:2.6.38.6-perf
Hey there, I feel your pain! Trust me hun 've been searchinfg forever and a day and 3 days ago I FINALLY rooted my LG L3 E400!
SuperOneCLick will NOT work on our device no matter how hard you bang your head on your keyboard so,
GO here: androidarea51.com and search:"*** ALL THINGS ROOT *** / One Click Root,CWM,Kernel LG Optimus Dynamic LGL38C" (remove quotes)
Follow the instructions you must do a quick register for the forum to view the file though it will tell you that, downlaod it and follow instructions make sure to set time out to 10 minutes , enable USB debugging before you connect and execute the file and go from there. I hope I helped!
oh if you wanted to flash a custom rom (I prefer) after you've rooted successfully: youtube.com/ watch?v= CVT6DLZ9RKk (sorry I can;t post links if you're on Google Chrome or Mozilla or whatever highlight the "lin" to your url bar. Best of Luck to you!

Half Bricked LG G2?

So.. I own a D802. I had the awesome idea to update without making backups and stuff...
I just want to list the things that are going on ATM.
-TWRP touch is messed up. Cannot use keyboard or slide to enable ADB Sideload (I have been able to do that a couple times after trying for 5 minutes swiping like an idiot)
-Phone gets recognized by PC but I when I access the folder it says that it is empty, and I can't see any files inside the actual device.
-In TWRP I get this error talking about not being able to mount /data.
-Also I it says Internal Storage (0 MB)
-When I try to wipe internal storage I get the same can't mount /data error.
-Cannot access bootloader/fastboot
-Boots in TWRP always
-ADB Sideload gives this error...
http://imgur.com/Iv3A4X0
-I have tryied the TOT method but it starts in Download Mode and then boots in TWRP again, and after 1,5 min or so says that it failed (on LG Flash Tool)
Guys... In all honesty... I am quite sad, can't buy a new phone ATM, am no pro at this stuff, and I am really confused. LOSING hope over here. Any kind of help is appreciated!!
+I had the idea that maybe I could emulate the Phone on the pc without actually needing to have android running, maybe it would be able to detect it by itself.. I don't know. Guys... I don't know what to do. I haven't tryied KDZ method yet but I don't know what different I can expect than the TOT method.

I'd try the KDZ method. It sounds like you just need to reflash your phone. But I'm ignorant with these things. Good luck.

Guys if anyone could, I would really love a link for the D802 KDZ file. I don't seem to understand which one I have to download when I get a list of all the available downloads for every version of G2.

YES! I got stock lollipop flashed with the KDZ method easy. I don't know why I didn't try it before. I guess I thought It would be the same as TOT which failed. In any case I got it to work, rooted it and once again got CM12.1 in there. I guess I never learn. It did work this time though hehe

D802 no recovery after failed TWRP install on 5.0.2

i have experimented with custom ROMs on this phone in the past but have been using the stock lollipop 5.0.2 ROM for a while now after reverting back with a KDZ and so i figured i knew what i was doing.
i found out about the recent stability of cm13 nightlies on this device and wanted to give one a try so i decided to root the device with super su, which went well and then attempted to install TWRP with autorec for lollipop. It stated that the installation was a success and to reboot but when i did, it booted to a black screen.
i found this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142 which seems to say that i should be able to fix it if my device shows qualcomm 9006 in the ports menu, however my device shows up as marshall london HS-USB Diagnostics 9006, and i don't know what jellybean version this device was running so i dont know what images to use to to attempt this method anyway. I'm hoping someone more experienced with this **** that me will be able to tell me how to fix this. thanks for the help, King of Hard Bricks
try to see if skr tools works .. if not see in no download no recovery thread.. or post in back to stock thread.
not sure if that error is the one you need to short circuit your motherboard.. but search fisrt those places...cause i think somone suggested to do another step instead of the short circuit way..

SM-N910F HARD brick! Desperate and running out of ideas..?!

Hi guys!
I would just like to start by apologizing for making another thread about a bricked note4, however I have read about so much I don't know which advice to go with anymore. I'm also a complete novice when it comes to this.
So long story short, my note 4 started playing up and lagging, eventually not turning back on at all. After endless attempts using odin and flashing what I seemed to have thought was the right firmware, it whittled down to about 1 in 5 attempts of trying to enter download mode (using the buttons) on the phone actually working. Now its completely bricked...no power, no download mode, nothing!
Just like to reiterate, I'm a complete novice, sorry if I'm not making sense, my knowledge doesn't go further than articles and google!
I have tried using kies to recover my phone and it cant recognize it...
I have read about using adb to get my phone into download mode, but I couldn't understand the explanation given well enough to use it...
I bought a 16gb micro sd card and have tried writing an unbrick image to it but I get no response off my phone, also tried another file, possibly sdc? cdc? cant quite remember, but that failed too.
I don't even know if the files I'm using are correct, I got them from a forum on here.
I'm at a loss!
The only hope I have left is if someone is able tell me if any steps I have tried are correct, and possibly provide me with the correct unbrick image?
Also, when I plug my phone into my computer via usb, there is a noise that sounds but nothing else happens, don't know if these means anything. As far as I'm aware I also have correct drivers installed.
Sorry about the long explanation!
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
Lucy.
Only logical result from your explanation is you have a hardware problem.
I dont think you are gonna be able to solve it with software...
Time for service visit i guess..

Nope.. I have no idea.. Sorry
Try the sd recovery method .
First you can try to flash the pit partion .
You can find that on xda .
Just search for note 4 pit files.
Download the n910f pit file with correct csc.
TRY flashing via download mode.
Try flashing .
Use this guide for using sd card to get into download mode if you cant access download mode
There is a method for http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/57e756f41dc6e/read me for brick fix.txt
