Statusbar translucent apps. - Java for Android App Development

Well, i have a question. You know there's some apps which include the statusbar translucent on KitKat, and there's the rest of apps which don't. There's a code in those apps that could be placed for example on SystemUI to include this funcionality in all apps?
However i know there are xposed modules which can do that, but im trying to do a Custom ROM (Kitkat 4.4) and i want to implement the colored statusbar in the way that could be possible without apps for that.

with kitkat I knew how to do it. now with lp don't know how.
in that mod that you have indicated, you work with smali of policy and as you see here
in lollipop is small and without smali. I'm confused about this and I'm studying
I don't understand mutch but seams it change a lot from KK!
The help I can give to you it's for testing!
Thanks in advance
You can use G3 Tweaksbox for that if you are using stock rom. If you are using aosp ROM there are other xposed modules for it (gravity box e.g.).

You only need to disable smartcover.apk and one of the weather .apk. I am running lollipop with xposed and I have no problems. 10 modules are active
But it's your choice
install xposed and gravity box, there are tweak for it,if you don't wanna loose smartcover and weather stuff, then the simple thing is download another music player who support that features,i remember poweramp does.
I use this : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.silentlexx.volbtntrackctrl
try Frinky Music Controller https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=frinky.volumeKeys.music.controller&hl=en
supports more than 200 music players including spotify, pandora and soundcloud.
Enjoy if it works in your phone

[ICONS]Sea Icons - EMUI 4/5

Icons based on Mate 8 "The Sea" theme.
This is not a full theme, just icons. It can still be loaded as a theme but all that will change is the wallpaper and icons. Can also be used with any theme that is already loaded and you choose to customize it and just want the icons.

No you won't get the animation but that full white is possible with Substratum on any rom
You can download the pixel launcher apk from various sources.
If you rooted, you can move the file to system/app folder to gain the swipe all the way to the left to get the google now card.
There is an Xposed Module that I used on my BLU R1 HD which had a perfect Pixel Nav Bar recreation but I haven't seen anyone talk about Xposed on here yet.

You can try the QuickSwitch module from the Magisk repository or just install the Pie ROM.

Thats right. I use The Car Launcher Pro App. But there it it so that the Statusbar is hide only on the homescreen but not in the other apps. And for a more big picture i want to hide it in the other apps
Can really nobody help me?
Then install malaysk or Hal2k rom versions...they have more options than stock rom and one of them is the status bar hiding

Solution
With the great help from Rigattoni i have found an option now. Perhaps you can use it fort he next update?
But it doesn't work with Stock Rom, you have to install a custom rom. Because the Stock Rom dont allowed to make a connection.
If you use the adb commands:
settings put global policy_control immersive.status=*
with this command i have found my way to hide the Status Bar. Perhaps you can include this?
My way was to go from my Laptop with ADB installer installed and the IP from the RNS tot he RNS:
ADB connect ***.***.***.*** <--- here the IPV4-Adress from the Radio in the same Network.
ADB shell
settings put global policy_control immersive.status=*
I hope it works also for you.
