There are people on android central that ordered after you, but it still shipped today. Hopefully we actually get the devices, and they arent on hold for Friday.

Maybe! I got black. I will go over there and see what people are saying. I wouldn't go based on the ship date though, that has been messed up. All I know is mine already shipped and its the black one.

BTW my order has a Device ID, would that be the actual MEIN? If so I guess we can place our order for the VR or S2

I remember reading that you need the imei and wifi mac address to claim the offer.

This is 100% correct. You can get the imei from your order, but not the wifi mac.
Do not worry, Verizon is the only one giving away the S2 gear. There are 300k of them. Just sign up for the reward ASAP.

I see yours is FedEx. Mine was sent UPS - they seem to lack updates right away on their shipping.
I ordered mine from Best Buy, I checked this morning and the phone says expected release date of 3/7, and the MicroSD and Gear VR say preparing for shipment.

I used Google Checkout to place the order. Payment went smooth and I even got an order number.
However, TigerDirect doesn't show my order and the customer care tells me that the order isn't in their database. I searched for similar problems and it seems quite a few people have faced the same. I fear I am stuck with my funds being blocked by Google Checkout for a while. FML

I just placed the order again today. So I haven't been refunded. The tracking number said that the package was never picked up by UPS, and they saw that. If it ever arrives, I'll just do an RMA. Good luck to you.

What you're hearing? You mean the people referring to the previous Nexus launch?
I'm pretty sure everyone who got an order in was given the same shipping date placeholder. As with most pre-orders like this, they are giving out a longer than anticipated ship date just in case. Ask anyone who has pre-ordered any of the other nexus phones from google.... they shipped out well before the initial placeholder date.

No. I was referring to the ship date that was cited for the N9. And my bad on not having a link, but all I'm recalling was post that was probably pure speculation anyway.
Here in Norway at proshop.no they expect it in 03.11. I have ordered mine and they say that it should be shipped from them late the 03.11.
Fun but also strange that we can have it very early. Normally its 2-3 weeks later over here.

Leaving warehouse on 11/21/2014 but I doubt that'll hold true. Sooner if anything.
I really hope it's true that they send them out before the 21st. I was quick enough to select next day shipping too so hoping to get it ASAP.
I tried speaking directly with Google. I said to my Nexus 5, "hey google when will my nexus 6 ship?". It responded with a list of URLs that don't tell me when my Nexus 6 will ship. Guess I just have to wait.

i bought the nexus 5 through t mobile when it came.....exact same phone, t mobile just added 50 bucks to the price but it was the same as the play store

I've had my claim approved and validated on the 12 March, still no info about shipment, hopefully soon as my old Samsung Level U are at the end of their life .

Oh when I submitted and it got approved mine said week of April 1st and my buddy who did it later in the day had one saying "week of April the 8th" . Guess not everyone got it that way, my b

Got mine 3/11 you should see the tracking number in your Samsung orders once the box ships.

The demand for the buds exceeded their expectations, so if you didn't get in early the stop sending the buds and instead send a coupon so you can get the buds from a retailer whenever in stock.

Ya, had heard beforehand that they were issuing the coupons. So for those that were issued the coupon, did they email it, mail it, or issue it to your account on Samsung and how long after approvel did they receive it? Wanting to know what to look for next.

Nope. You need to sign into the Samsung Members app when you get your phone and apply. They originally told me the same thing, but I was dubious. Turns out they were spouting nonsense.

To be fair, this was live chat which is historically terrible but my claim was validated with the delivery note EE sent, so all is OK. Apart from anyone who hasn't applied yet thinking theirs are in the post...Limited Stocks and all that.

Yeah, same. I already have bluetooth headphones and the AKG ones in the box are perfectly 'OK' but I love a new bit of tech to play with so I'm looking forward to them. Only (About) a fortnight to go hopefully.
