Not sure what model you have but I just found this link for the Canadian version and it's super easy to follow galaxys7root.com/galaxy-s7-s7-edge-root/how-to-root-galaxy-s7-s7-edge/

I'm not sure, I haven't attempted to do this yet. But I was under the impression that no matter what way you choose to root, you'll trip Knox regardless. Just that if you have Knox activated on your phone it may hard brick.
If I'm wrong, someone please correct me. I'm still new to all this lol

Actually, your search links to modified, pre-rooted, stock kernels. I think the questioner was looking for a flashable true stock kernel that comes with coj5 -- unmodified. I haven't been able to find one either, although I suppose it could be extracted from the stock rom -- if I knew how!
I can't found a link for coj5 oficial 910c

When you say the bootloader is locked what exactly do you mean? Do you just mean you can't downgrade the bootloader.

What would happen if I flashed an Exynos ROM to my Snapdragon S7 Edge?

I received an S7 Edge from my phone insurance after my Nexus 6 died. I'm really sick of the lag on this device and I want a custom ROM, but I know my options are really limited. What would happen if I flashed an Exynos ROM? Would I brick my phone?
yes, the drivers are completely different

Would be a horrible idea and would not turn out well
